This deck brought just about every challenge you can imagine from structure issues, material shortages and quality, subcontractor hell, etc.

Despite the many challenges, Kari and his crew were 100% dedicated to quality and a finished project that we would be happy with. Kari raised issues with us promptly and straight on. He battled suppliers on our behalf and held them to the same high standard of quality and workmanship he asked of his crew.

The deck took significantly longer to complete that we could have ever imagined but we're thrilled with the end product and looking forward many many years enjoying it.

The experience has probably meant Kari will never do another composite deck but if you're looking for wood deck or fencing I would highly recommend Kari and Ollivierre!!

Kari was amazing and easy to work with. was always there to answer any questions. Job was done on time during the suggested time lines. Pricing was very competitive. cleaned up everyday they were there. I 110% would get work done by him and his crew again.

Kari and his team did a great job with the tear down and disposal of our old fence and rebuild of new. The new fence looks great. Kari was experienced in dealing with multiple partys (neighbors) to ensure everyone is comfortable with the work specifically when existing fences are connected to the fence being removed will be affected.

The only thing that may need some work is communication, which was slow at times. However I know that is a pretty standard part of the contactor charm :).
