Petar and his team turned up on time, replaced all our eavestroughs and downspouts with minimal mess and noise and they look fantastic! First rainy day and not a leak in sight! Would definitely recommend them. Thank you.

We discovered that squirrels and a raccoon found their way into our attic space. Petar responded to my email inquiry within hours, and stopped by to give a quote the next day. We found the quote to be very reasonable and the work was completed. Petar also found another hole and repaired that as well. We are very happy with the work that was done!

Petar and Mark arrived at 9am as promised. They took the time to ask me my preferences and gave me their advice on location for the downspouts. Their work was excellent and they made sure that the area was clean after the completion of the installation. At one point I noticed that the aluminium siding in one location not part of this work had come loose and mentioned it to Petar who secured it without additional cost to us.

Eavestroughs were removed and replaced on the entire house. What really impressed me was the responsiveness, speed of follow-up and interaction that Petar provided. My initial contact by email was responded to within minutes via a phone call. A quote was requested, which Petar arranged for the next day. After obtaining other quotes, I leaned towards and moved forward with Maillion largely due to their responsiveness, and competitive pricing. We co-ordinated a time and date to have the work done, and Petar and team showed up exactly as scheduled. The work was done as planned and completed on time. All old materials were removed and the property was cleaned up.

We needed our gutters, downspouts and fascia replaced due to wear and tear and sloping issues. Contacted Mallion and Petar came and provided a quote for us the next day. He walked us through the entire process and detailed exactly what they would be doing and suggested the leaf guard system to strengthen the gutters and keep them lasting longer. As soon as the weather permitted, the team completed the first level of our house. Throughout the process, Petar was in contact with us to find out how the interim work looked and was functioning, and made sure to keep us up to date on when they would be able to complete the job due to the bad stretch of weather. They came back to finish the job on the second level of the house a week later, once the snow had cleared from the roof. Petar also had the foresight to suggest strategic re-positioning of our downspouts with the new ones such that water would flow more efficiently and extended one of the downspouts such that it was sufficiently away from the home's foundation.

Petar and his team did an outstanding job and now our gutters, fascia and downspouts look amazing and are functioning wonderfully. They cleaned up all the debris and made sure that everything was left tidy. The final price paid was exactly as quoted, not a penny more. Overall, we would highly recommend Mallion Aluminum!
