Mallion Aluminum

We were pleased with all aspects of dealing with Mallion Aluminum. They were the only ones to respond and come to the house within a week. They followed up with phone calls and texts if they were needing to reachedule, and Ani was wonderful with all payments and paperwork. Highly recommended for professional and speedy service.

Great experience with Petar and his team. Petar listened to what we wanted to do - direct more roof water towards front of house where land naturally slopes downward to get it away from our house/foundation. He answered all of our questions and had great ideas about how to improve downspout configurations to move water to front of our property. We reached out to Petar late in the fall, and although there were weather challenges, he was able to get the work done in the 1st week of December when other companies said they wouldn't be able to do the job until next year. Removed and disposed of old troughs & downspouts, and installed new ones + leaf guards in just one day (3 separate roof levels). It was obvious from watching them work that these guys are highly skilled. Property was left spotless afterwards. Very pleased with the end result - peace of mind knowing roof water/snow melt won't be around our foundation anymore, and that our troughs and downspouts will not be full of leaves every year. Mallion replaced our eavestroughs. Firstly, they were professional, physically visiting the house and providing the quote, statement of work and warranty in writing. They were not the cheapest quote but they were very credible. Petar, together with his team, performed the work. They were very efficient and cleaned up all debris. Rescheduling as a result of inclement weather was well-communicated. They acted with integrity throughout the whole process. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work and their service.

The eavestroughs were very old and leaking. Petar and his team did the job in one day on a three storey house, and it looks great! The work area was left very clean. Communication was also very good. When work needed to be rescheduled due to weather, I was informed ahead of time. Thanks for the great job.

Due to wind damage in the Spring 2018, we needed to replace some fascia. We called several vendors - many of whom either promised they'd deliver and didn't show up, or were inconsistent in their quotes. Early Fall, I found Petar/Mallion Aluminum on HomeStars. From the first online engagement to the completed project, every step of the way Petar and his team were highly engaged, professional and knowledgeable. Because of this, we expanded our project to include the replacement of all eaves troughs and downspouts. Petar set expectations up front in terms of what would be required, timing for when he could do the work and let me know what would cause delays. There were no delays. Further, he spoke knowledgeably about what we would need, gave good counsel and ensured a safe and clean workspace around our home. It is without hesitation that I would highly recommend Mallion Aluminum for your home project.

Who knew there could be creative solutions to better improve drainage from your roof....well Mallion did just that. I would highly recommend them AND their price was significantly lower than other quotes I got (hope they don't read this or they will be raising their prices!)

Petra was very responsive and professional, explaining how my overflow problem would be corrected. He even recommended that I apply for dispensation for the downspout at the back of my house suggesting that it would likely qualify and there was no reason to spend money unnecessarily.
When work was complete he showed me everything they had done while one of his team swept up, leaving no debris.

While pursuing several different quotes to replace our eavestroughs, Petar demonstrated quick, clear, and responsive communication. He arrived for the estimate as agreed his price was competitive. Didn't try to upsell us on other services (although our house needs a lot of TLC!) which was appreciated. Work was finished within a day without a single piece of debris left behind. When we noticed a minor issue a few days later, Petar arrived the next morning (on a Saturday!) to address it. Ani was very helpful as well with regards to the invoicing. Thanks to you and your team!
