Very impressed with responsiveness and quality of work. E-mailed request for a quote and got a response from Ani within a few hours. Owner Petar visited the house the next day. Got an e-mail quote while he was still in his truck outside the house. The quote provided links to product manufacturers and warranty details. Job was done on the date scheduled. Petar and his brother Chris were very courteous and took care to move deck furniture out of their way. Job site was left very clean. Excellent work by Mallion and quality product from Alurex (T-Rex leaf guard). Glad to support a family business.

Petar, Ani and the team at Mallion Aluminum were a pleasure to deal with. They were true professionals and the quality of work was amazing. Petar does the work himself and ensures that the work is done to his standards and nothing less. Petar also took the time to explain the work involved, timelines, etc. when he came out to provide us with a quote - a quote which came in a few hundred dollars under the rates quoted by other companies for the same work. The kind of service you just can't find anymore. I called Mallion on Good Friday with water spraying out of our downspout down into the foundation. To my surprise, Petar came to our home within hours, assessed the issue, ordered the materials and was back to complete the repair. He went above and beyond to give us advice and even make a couple of small fixes to other downspouts that had not originally been part of the quote. I would recommend Mallion without hesitation.

Showed up in time and worked hard till the job was done. I appreciated having the Petar the owner on site for whole job; he obviously cares about the work.

Due to a leak in our basement, we needed to replace our eavestroughs, fascia and downspout in August, however, I wanted to see the quality of the products and work before I submitted my review (how it would fair through the winter season).
Let me start of by saying how prompt, professional and courteous Petar and Ani were - from beginning to end.
Their quote was fair and Petar explained what the issues were and how they'd be remediated - he even suggested a better design choice for us.
They were quick, efficient and clean! More importantly, there are no leaks! I'd recommend Mallion Aluminum to any of my family & friends!
