There was nothing to improve on the experience of working with Dorian and the team at CityPro Aluminum. They ticked all the right boxes: punctual, friendly and professional, great attention to detail in their high-quality workmanship, and a clean job site. I've already recommended CityPro Aluminum to a neighbour, and would not hesitate to do so again.

Marcello (a real gentleman) corrected the height and direction of my down-pipes (supplied and installed new better pipes). He cut the pipes to provide a better slope and added new aluminum to carry the water further away from my foundation. (No chance of leaks in the basement anymore.)

He did nice clean work, at an affordable price. He has a great attitude and he was a pleasure to work with.

I am glad my neighbour introduced us. If I need any other aluminum work done, he's the guy I will call.

We had a great experience with CityPro. Dorian and his team were extremely professional, tidy, and did an incredible job siding the back of our house. Their quote included items that other companies were charging an arm and a leg for. They went above and beyond, even repairing some eavestrough work for us. I would 100% recommend and would gladly have them back for any future projects (and do have them working on two other items for us!). Amazing experience working with City Pro. Dorian and his team were nothing but professional and competent. I had them install insulation and siding over 100+ year old brick that was weathered and needed serious repair around the sides and back of the house. There were no shortcuts taken or mistakes made. They even did several walk through’s with me to ensure that I was pleased with the work they had done at each step along the way. Our home is now well sealed and well insulated from the outside, and looks much nicer. They even capped and insulated around all of our exterior heat pump piping and electrical wiring to leave a clean and neat appearance. This is the best siding company out there- worth every penny. Furthermore, the workers were extremely respectful especially during Covid.

The staff were professional from the start to the end of the project. The price was competitive and the work was top quality. The owner of the company was there every day making sure thevcliwnt was satisfied. Work was completed on time and on budget. Contacted City Pro to perform some repairs to my Cedar siding. From start to finish, the staff was professional and courteous. On the day of my appointment, they showed up early (a rarity for most contractors) and quickly and professionally performed the repairs required. Will definitely consider them for any future work where they can assist!

Dorian came by after two years of installing my Eavestroughs, fascia, and soffitS free of charge... He provided AMAZING customer service and he did this without any inconvenience specially during COVID happening. Needed to replace all the eaves on my house with newer and wider ones to carry water away from foundation of property. Dorian and his team arrived promptly as expected and completed the job to my satisfaction. Site was cleaned up after work completion and old ones taken away. Quite satisfied with the quality of the work.

Several months later required a quick maintenance call and Dorian responded quickly to make a slight adjustment/repair. No charge and prompt response.
