Clean House

Great job cleaning everything top to bottom. Would recommend and use again. Steam cleaned carpets, cleaned windows, cleaned hardwood floors, cleaned walls, cleaned kitchen inside and out. Very well done.

Alex is nice and quick to respond. The cleaning service is amazing. Team of three people. And they explained in details before and after the service.

The unit was quite dirty. But after the deep cleaning, the unit is looks like new now.

I spent some time researching and contacting cleaners on Homestars and was very impressed with Clean House's high ratings and excellent reviews. Not to mention, Alex was quick to respond and courteous once I contacted him. He thoroughly explained the post-renovation service that could be provided and was able to meet our (very) last minute request -- which was a great relief since we were moving into our home the day after the cleaning, and our house still looked like a construction site!

When the 3 cleaners arrived some tradesmen were still working on the house, which wasn't part of the plan (Alex's team was expecting an empty house). Clearly, this was far from the ideal scenario. Our contractor had promised me he would be finished by the time they arrived, but he wasn't.

It was clear that this bothered the Clean House crew (I imagine because it would affect their cleaning results) but the 3 ladies who arrived still got to work straight away, focusing first on the upstairs of the house that was empty.

They were incredibly efficient and worked hard. One woman (who told me she was used to working on construction sites) really went above and beyond and was a real star.

All in all, they did a wonderful job and after about 6 hours the house was clean, free of dust, and move-in ready for my family and I the next day. I was beyond relieved and happy, since moving into a dirty house was making me super stressed.

After a 5-month home renovation which included breaking up concrete floors, cutting tile and sawing lumber indoors because of the rainy spring and summer weather, the reno was finally complete and a terribly dusty house was left. Clean House sent a team of 3 hard-working ladies who left the house, including the newly-renovated basement rooms and all windows and blinds, shiny and clean. Great job!

As a real estate agent I used Alex's services multiple times for deep cleaning before selling. The team was amazing and did a thorough job every time with a very reasonable cost. I would definitely continue using their service.

We are moving into a house that was previously occupied by tenants and we needed the carpets and the kitchen/bathrooms cleaned. Green House had their representative, Roman, call me and discuss the details of carpet cleaning. He was informative and quick to respond and communication was very easy with Roman.

We scheduled for 1pm however he was about 3 hours late - he said he had a tire puncture but he did call ahead to let us know. This was the only frustrating part of this service because we had to wait around for him but Roman did a really good job of cleaning our carpet! It smelt great after and felt clean. It ended up taking only around 2-3 hours when originally we thought it would take 4-5 hours.

I wish Clean House was available for the date we wanted our kitchen/bathrooms cleaned because the other company we ended up using was horrible. I will definitely recommend this company for carpet cleaning!

I hired this company for a post-reno cleanup. The ladies that arrived did a good job. There was still some dust left over that they said they could not get out of the hardwood floors.

Correspondence was excellent. Cleaning team is very good and made my oven look brand new again. However, they finished early and didn't adjust their prices. A little pricey but the result is very good. Show home ready.

I have used many cleaning companies in the past, and Alex's service is the best thus far.

I used their service twice in the past two months, one is post-renovation cleaning, one is deep cleaning for a condo occupied by a tenant.

They did an amazing job, both units were totally transformed! I wished I took before and after photos. With the rental unit, they even clean the furniture, dusted windows, and the kitchen was sparkling clean afterwards. They always have 3 cleaners each time.

Alex is easy to communicate and always respond to messages quickly. I would recommend them to everyone.
