Clean House

I am a real estate agent and I hired Alex and his team to clean a client's house. Alex replied promptly to all my emails and was very professional. They did a fantastic and very thorough job and my client was very pleased. I will definitely use their services again.

I had the Clean House team in 3 times - 2 'deep cleans' post reno and one regular. They were always great communicators and very accommodating. They came on time, did a more than thorough job (windows, baseboards) and are just really nice people. Highly recommend if you are looking for a fresh start!

Alex and his team did a great job on getting my condo ready to move into! They really went the extra mile with doing things like the exterior windows in the balcony area. They also did the job very quickly and were accommodating with my last minute request. I would have no reservations recommending them and plan to use them again myself!

He was able to accommodate us on very short notice, he came to the house right on time and worked very quickly, and everything was in perfect shape when he left. They did the windows, oven, stove...everything was sparkling! We will definitely have them back to clean again. Highly recommended!

I used their service once last year and was happy with the service but pointed out they missed certain spots and they acknowledged and cleaned those missed spots. I called to book cleaning service again this year (this week) and scheduled a cleaning service and booked a date and time. I then followed up my booking appointment one day in advance and to also confirm if they are able to clean certain things within reach and if they can reach spots such as "dirt on ceiling" and the cleaner Alex called me back and said they don't wish to provide me the cleaning service as he remembered cleaning the place for me last year and worried he might not be able to do a good cleaning job and is worried as I will find visible spots that he will miss again and for me to go find somebody else and hung up on me. This was not the same professional response and or communication of service I had received last year from them and left wondering why he would respond that way. I won't be using them for cleaning service anymore and just wanted to share this experience. Thanks.
