The temperature level to level in our house varies significantly. We have a 3 level plus a basement. To keep the bedrooms on the top floor cool our basement and main levels were freezing even with all the vents/dampers closed. Worse was one side of our house was not getting air and I suspected the main damper was closed on one side, but it was drywalled in when I bought the house.
Victor came over to quote me and immediately confirmed for me my suspicion that one issue I had related to the main damper being closed on one side. Like all other houses in this area (6-10 year old builds) my ducts were also losing quite a bit of air to leaks.
Victor and his crew arrived the day of the job on time and got right to work. They used a camera to locate the main damper and open it. Then they sealed the vents discovering in the process that main runs of my ducting were disconnected in the walls in two places. They rectified these issues and in the end I have a house where all four levels are pretty well balanced temperature wise. It is so much more comfortable, I wish we had done this when we moved in two years ago. Victor and his crew worked cleanly and efficiently and we're professional and polite throughout.
Victor provided us with a report showing that we went from 42% air leakage to 0.6%. My air conditioning that used to run 24/7 on hot days now runs way less often.

Thank you Jason, your house had lots of small and big duct work issues and we had to go an extra mile to locate and fix all of that.
We were happy to do it all and glad you're happy with final results.
Cheers, Victor
