The arborist was quick to come and provide the report on the tree I was looking to remove from my backyard (left the back door open and he came within a week). He guided me through the entire Toronto permit tree removal request form. There was also some more info required by the City of Toronto, and he was very helpful in resolving their concerns.

The permit was issued a few wks after by the City of Toronto and the actual removal was booked a couple wks after that. They came during the day, and when we got home from work the tree was removed and the entire area was clean (as if it had never happened, and noting this was a 40ft tree and there is not a lot of room between the houses - typical Toronto home).

The crew that came to our house were professional. They explained how they would remove and cut the tree, set up their truck on the street with safety barriers. After removing the dead trees they they cleaned up the site. Also, the office staff is lovely. Thank you so much

The team at The Real Tree Masters is the BEST. From the start, you know you are in good hands. Mina gave me a very fair quote, and also told me how to proceed to get exemption to remove the damaged tree in our backyard. A huge branch on our tree had fallen onto our neighbour’s tree; moreover, the tree trunk had cracked. The job was complicated and hazardous. The team that came out over the two days – Laurie (the arborist), Daniel, George and Nick – were FANTASTIC. The same was true for Bronson, who came to remove the stump. Bailey, at reception, was always responsive and helpful. Each member of the team was courteous, worked incredibly hard, and knew exactly what to do. Mina kept in touch at key points to make we were happy with how the work was progressing.

At one point, we ran into an issue as the base of the tree was right up against the fence. We thought the adjacent panel of the fence would need to be removed, but the team came up with a creative solution that didn’t cost a penny! It’s very clear that Mina is an exceptional boss, who recruits people who are knowledgeable, smart and just plain nice.

I wish all companies were like The Real Tree Masters, and recommend them wholeheartedly!

We contracted Mina and his team to cut back a large, long, seriously overgrown privet hedge with the hope that it will rejuvenate next spring. He provided a detailed, written quote with a competitive price. He sent a three man crew who arrived promptly on the scheduled day and quickly had the job done. They raked and cleaned up extremely well. Crew were very polite and willingly shared their expertise. Absolutely no problem recommending this company for your tree, shrub and hedge issues.

There were 2 guys we discussed the job and away they went they were very professional and very loyal to the Company. Great to have a team like that. Everything was done to our satisfaction. We had a small tree to remove so they added the fee to the bill, keep up the great work and well done

Called them after ice storm took down a Pine tree in my backyard, they sent a truck over and had the whole tree cut up and removed in about 4 hours. They came back and grounded the stump and did extra work on my property. Great company!

Great overall service. All multiple services done at the property. Everything was completed in a timely manner and the crew was great to deal with. Highly recommend them to everyone.
