So, to start the plumber took 5 and a half hours to install My tank. second, he was not upfront about the prices. he said everything was included in the price of the tank, this was not true. there is a charge of between $130-$190 for every pipe they touch not including the parts for replacement. the plumber did not have all his tools, so he had to use mine. then e cut off more pipe then he should have and charged me to replace a perfectly good shut off valve. Then he cooked the valve and had me use my torch to install the new valve because he was unable to do it. then he charged me for the installation I did. they in all charged me $1650 for a 40-gallon tank. when I called in about the issue. it took the manager more than a month to follow up on the issue, and in the process of trying to resolve the issue the manager "Richard" from the Calgary office started to yell at me over the phone. I implore you. Do not use this company you will be disappointed.
