Professional, honest, friendly, reliable and tidy. We had recently had a service for our furnace completed by Heatmaster, and were highly impressed with the work quality. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and he stands behind his work. He also took the time to explain the importance of having clean air in our home. I absolutely recommend him to everyone! A happy customer is a repeat customer!

Really good and quick service, he was very professional and didn't try to sell me something that didn't need to get done.
In the last couple of years he has replaced the blower motor of my house furnace, replaced my water heater that gave in and did a new furnace installation for me at a later date for a secondary furnace.
The most recent was the water heater. (Cost of the heater and parts not included in the cost)

I recommand this man to everyone. Trust me! You will too. To tell you more would be foolish and a waste of my time. Good service, and a honest person alwasys wins.

I am completely and thoroughly impressed with Heatmaster Services! I had ordered a new furnace and a new hot water tank from them and asked them to install it as well. The new furnace and a 50 gallon hot water tank arrived with them so we didn't have to wait for it to come. Heatmaster Services removed the old furnace and water tank. They had to do some work on the cold air return and redo some of the heating ducts which had not been installed properly when the house was built. Heatmaster services cleaned up after they finished their work,
removed the old hot water tank and furnace from the yard as well. This was all done within one day!
Heatmaster services was punctual by arriving at the time they said they would, have good quality products, have a great price and charged what they quoted even though they had to do
some work on the heat ducts, made sure the furnace and hot
water tank worked properly before they left, and checked with us in a few days to make sure everything was working properly.
Heatmaster Services is a very reliable, respectable and honest

I've been using Dmitri for five or six years now. Always courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He only does what needs to be done and is very thorough and capable. I recommend him very highly for any furnace repair/maintenance or HVAC project.

You have to respect a company that is able to provide this sort of transparency and detail, then stay true to their word at the end of the job. He knew a lot about my older furnace system and was able to custom fit the right AC unit for my home. I knew I could trust his advise as he was able to point out minor problems in my existing heating system and fix them for free to stay true to his quote. The job was done on time and clean up was spotless. Every step of the install was explained in detail showing he is very knowledgable in his trade. Dmitri was very fast to respond to our service call. Right away he knew what the problem was. Apparently our furnace was overheating, so Dmitri recommended a different filter. Dmitri is really good in this,all the questions I asked -he had a fixed answer.Very professional and clean job.
