Best decision for me to have Dmitri install my new furnace and air conditioner. Reliable, timely, efficient, very reasonably priced, friendly, clean and considerate. An education on how to use the new appliances and future maintenance tips was also provided!

Dimitri definitely exceeds expectations when he installed the hot water tank. He adapts to change easily, works well under pressure with a positive attitude and is detail-oriented. The job was complex but Dimitri managed to deliver on time and without issues. He goes beyond the call of duty by seeking out and following up on additional responsibilities. He suggested a few things to better the function of my furnace and hot water tank - things I would had never known about. He is my go to go for heating needs and I highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Heatmaster installed an AC unit in our house after Demetri was recommended by a friend. I called him after speaking to 3 other companies that had quoted at least a 2 week wait for the install and roughly $1000 more for cost. Demetri came by the day after I spoke with him and was very pleasant, I trusted him immediately as he was very straight forward and thorough in his communication. The install went great and we were completely satisfied.

We had a minor issue a couple months down the road (ended up being my fault as he was very clear to make sure you change your furnace filters out monthly, which I neglected to do) and I called him immediately and had us back up and running in an hour. Talk about amazing customer service, I can only imagine how difficult that would have been with a bigger outfit, especially because it was after business hours (8:00pm) and he was on it immediately.

My air conditioner called it quits during one of the hottest summers in Calgary! A friend recommended I call Dmitri, and I'm so glad she did. Despite this being a very busy time of year, Dmitri came by right away to take a look at the unit, ordered and installed the parts I needed, and now it runs like new. Exceptional service. I will be recommending this company to all of my family and friends and now I know who to call for any future heating/cooling needs.

Dmitri and his coworker were extremely friendly and efficient. Their professionalism and focus on customer service was very evident. Dmitri took the time to teach us the ins/outs of the system. I contacted Demitri after my friend reccomended him. He arrived at our house to assess the job, educated my partner and I on the variety of A/C units, thermostats etc. I was comfortable with the information and asked him to book us in. He and his apprentice arrived at the house the following week - explained what they were going to do and provided an approx. timeline when the job would be complete. They were both very respectful, cleaned up after the job and completed a full handover explaining the system to us when the job was completed. I will be using Demitri for future A/C
maintenance, furnace and fireplace inspection etc. I highly recommend Heatmaster Services.

We had Dmitri for consultation. Pleasant and down to earth professional. I felt that he gave a good advice, customized for our situation, not driven by marketing.
We ended up choosing Trane S9V2 furnace, John Wood atmospheric water heater. I liked the fact that Dmitri suggested 80K BTU furnace for our footage, unlike some other quotes we received. After I've done a research "bigger is always better" specifically is not right for a furnace. I have discussed my hesitation between 100K and 80K BTU with Dmitri. He talked to his colleagues, and maintained his verdict "80K". I am happy with this choice as this should allow more continuous and efficient furnace operation.

Overall, the whole project completed, as planned, within 1 day. started at 10 am, finished at 6pm. Dmitri and his assistant used rugs to cover internal house floors to keep dust etc. contained. Final result looks neat and well organized. Dmirti provided all the paperwork and user information.
