I just replaced 26 windows & aluminum cover two garage doors by Vinyl City two days ago. The price is lower four thousand than other 6 quote. Installation took two days and I could not be more satisfied. Installers were top notch. Very clean and no mess was left. I would highly recommend this company 100%. Thank you Vinyl City for a job well done!

We installed windows on Oct 8, 2014 by Vinyl City. Few hours after we found there is a very big constant noise in the two bedrooms from the outside traffic, that waked us couple of times. On the second day, we can hear all the sounds like kids playing in the school playground, the airplane... clearly! So, we called the company. One week later they sent the guy who had installed them to have a check. What can you expect the same guy to do? He did nothing except saying: there is no problem on install but cheap window. When we call again they made excuses and never call back as they promissed. That is what their product and service like. I will report to Better Business Bureaus soon if they keep refusing to provide service..

Installer cut very small pieces for the curved casings in family room. Looks terrible....very very bad workmanship. They could have used the old casings from the old windows. No customer service after payment they promised to rectify problem.....windows have lifetime warranty. Their warranty isn't worth the paper its written on.....beware stay far away from this company

I had my windows and doors installed last July, both patio door and entry door had serious leakage in the winter time, wind could blow in strongly through the bottom of those 2 brand new doors. I called their customer service couple of time and no any positive response, this company has very poor quality and service!!! I will try to contact Ontario Consumer Protection to see if they could resolve this issue.

Replaced 10 windows and 1 door. The initial consultation with Serg Walton you could tell he knew his stuff. Very informative and well educated on the product. Did not just push to make the sale. Contract was signed at the end of April 2013 and within a month windows were ready and installed. Installation took two days and I could not be more satisfied. Installers Arsen and his partner were top notch. Very clean and no mess was left. I would recommend this company 100%. Thank you Vinyl City for a job well done!

We purchased 3 exterior doors and windows from Avante Guard now known as Vinyl city. The windows were just ok but the doors developed problems and they would not speak to us. Poor service they left us to fix and repair by ourselves.. Would not see us would not call us back . We were ignored. DO NOT USE.

Replaced 23 windows and 1 patio door, good quality windows and door, 4 men took 2 days to completed the job, they did an amazing job on installing door and window, the only thing is after I order the windows I had to waited 2 months until they come doing the job. overall I am very satisfied with thier work.

Did not Finish the job, left many items unfinished, removed fixtures and did not re-install, covered electrical outlets without any regard. Did not tighten the window handles to fit properly. Did not lubricate the sliding mechanism even when it was brought to their attention.

Very shoddy job on the front door installation.
