I had an issue with my electrical feed coming in to the house from the pole in the alley. During a windstorm the strain relief on the house broke away and the wires were dangling between the pole and the house - unsupported. This presented a high risk to my home and my family. When I called Mike he came out immediately to have a look and temporarily rigged up a strain relief until he could get the permits in place for the fix. Mike replaced the entire feed in to my home quickly and efficiently in the middle of winter. He was so efficient my home did not even get cold while we had no power. Mike took the time to explain the options I had and what the best method was to fix the issue. He took care of all interactions with City Planning and Development and Epcor - truly a professional in every way. I recommend Mike to all my friends and family every chance I get. New breaker installed & hot tub installation inspected. Mike is friendly & knowledgeable. He gives honest quotes & always points out any safety concerns with previous electrical work. Sometimes takes a while to get to a job, but worth the wait because it's always well done in the end

Needed new electrical done for our garage and needed someone knowledgable and efficient. Looked up Fused Power on Homestars. Right off the bat, very friendly. Started immediately assessing the impending work that had to be done while also keeping the customer informed of every detail. Completed the work within a reasonable timeframe and has great quality control. Upon completion he had explained the final product of where everything is located and how it was achieved. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone and for someone that actually does the job right and cares for the customer.

They were very friendly and patient as we asked Mike a lot of questions while we were getting the rest of the wiring completed. He was an excellent resource for ensuring we would pass inspection on the wiring we had completed ourselves. As for the servicing upgrade, it was completed quite promptly on the day it was scheduled. Work could have been a little neater, but for the price, great value for money.

The work was great and everything was connected properly. Mike used quality LED lighting & wiring products that look great and will hopefully last as long as our time in this house. Only minor issue would be a bit tidier cleanup as many wire pieces were left scattered throughout the basement. Great overall work

Breaker kept shutting off when I plugged things into one plug in. Fused Power determined that more than one outlet was on the one breaker and hence it was getting overloaded.

Mike upgraded our panel to code and raised the entry point of the city power line so there was sufficient clearance above our tree and deck. Minimal interruption in service and very professional install. Highly recommended!
