Bin Solutions

After reading all the positive reviews on Home Stars, we decided to commission Zion and his team to redo our fence and deck. We have a very typical North Toronto backyard, and so making the limited space we have functional AND look good was our main goals.

Zion, in our initial meetings, showed us many photos of his recent work, and arranged for us to see in person his deck work with previous clients. He had a lot of useful, reasonable input for the space, that incorporated both our love of entertaining, and the fact that we have small children running around. He was very honest about his opinions, and wasn't just agreeing with us on everything - he really had very useful opinions based on his experience. I liked that he met with us several times before we decided, and was always open to more questions.

Matt, the project manager was very professional, and would literally show up at 8am, and not leave some days unitl 7pm, even if his workers had gone home.

The overall finish and quality of work is apparent. We often have people walking by compliment the gate and fence they can see from the front of the house. We are 100% satisfied with the time, effort, and end result that Zion and Matt have put in. I would definitely recommend them for future work. They are extremely professional, and it was so refreshing to have complete confidence in people you hire.

In my backyard I was hesititating have a deck built, escpecially because we were having an issue with the height the builder supplied us with in our backyard. Which wasn't alot , according to my guess. But. thanks to this company, they managed to tackle my concern and dealt with it accordingly, and everything had just gone great. I definattely recommend this compnay for those who are getting a new house built, renovating, or for any of your other needs related to installing decks or putting up fences. Good Work... Keep it up.

I was very pleased with the quality of the work, the ingenuity of the solution, and the excellent customer service. The project was completed on time and the results look great.

i bought my bin shed for garbage protection 10 years ago and it was starting to loose panels from water damage from the overlying eavestrough. I received a rapid response to my call and a very reasonable cost to come out and repair my small shed on site.

Zion uses the VERY best cedar and does an EXCELLENT job. We could not be happier. Everything fits perfectly and looks great. His carpenter Matt, is a real artist and always thought out how things were to fit correctly. He was very polite and willing to make any of the small changes requested as it went along. The crew was there ON TIME and the work was completed ON TIME, just as Zion promised. Highly recommended.

If you are searching for mediocrity DON'T visit Zion Shraider of Bin Solutions. He is all about Quality, Quality, Quality! Quality Cedar and Workmanship. Zions Team works closely with the homeowner to satisfy all needs. He doesn't leave till its done right! I worked closely with Zion to design our fence. And thats a great thing because most fencing companies will give you Their idea of what it should be. Sufice it to say we will most probably be in an architectual magazine soon. 10 out of 10 for Bin Solutions...

Zion Shraiter and his crew provide a unique experience. They are obsessed with showing up and finishing on time, communicating well and dong terrific work without taking shortcuts at reasonable prices. They never stop trying to please. They just installed a new fence for me in a very difficult setting where posts had to be sunk through concrete. They did what they said they would and a lot more. You'll never find anyone better for any job involving wood.

We chose Zion to replace our deck because his design idea had more flair than others and he was offering a quality superior to his competitors. We rae very happy with the results. The deck is new but I am confident that we have a product which will continue to look good for many years to come.
