Window replacement

Dalmen-pro sales rep Shawn was excellent to deal with. Very cordial and fully explained the benefits of his products. Received the final quote on 20 March 2019 at which time I also confirmed the order. The windows were installed on the 21 May 2019 (8 weeks wait) The installers Domonque and Thomas were excellent. They introduced themselves at the start of the day and worked tirelessly till the completion of the 5 window install. Before leaving they ensured that everything was cleaned up and all remnants of the old windows were taken away. We were very satisfied with the workmanship.

bathroom reno window

Bathroom & Kitchen - Fixtures & Accessories review in Ottawa

We had a new window installed, but then wanted to change the window jamb so that we could return-tile to the window. Dalmen Pro was able to get someone on site fast to remove the window jamb so that we could continue with the tile work and stay on schedule.

QUALITY/SERVICE/PRICE POINT

My wife and I used these guys and we cant be more happier with our purchase of Dalmen windows. The complete experience with the sales person Shawn was great and easy. No pressure to sign and was very patient with all of our questions :)

We had 19 windows and one door installed in November/December 2018. We expressed concerns to the company about a number of issues. We will not work with them again, nor recommend them.

Thank you for addressing your concerns and your overall experience with us. I sincerely regret that you are not happy with our services and the delays that came along with it. This was honestly the hardest quote I have ever worked on in my career to date. Your attention to detail and the appearance of the windows you envisioned was a challenge I eagerly accepted. I spent countless hours on this deal with multiple changes and revisions made along the way, even ones made during production. Finding a custom grill system solution to get you the exact look you wanted proved to be challenging but we found a solution in the end. I invested countless hours on the phone with my plant and several suppliers to get the exact look you envisioned and the overall appearance of the windows is fantastic..

As you stated over 50 email exchanges and a lot of time and effort went into this!!!

I do apologize for delays as we were finishing up all of Green Ontario's orders at this time and we did have some production delays as a result. In your case I believe we where late by 2-3 weeks and the custom grills held up the window completion.

As for the scratch in the floor, the owner of Dalmen Pro spoke with Travis and the credit of $344.23 was agreed to and removed from the final balance.

From the initial visit for an estimate to the final installalation we have nothing but good things to say about our experience. Professional, friendly and excellent installation right to the end clean up. I wish I could remember everyone's name to give a shout out. Thanks Sarah for adjusting our installation date and being so helpful and friendly when I called. Thanks Bruno and your assistant for your excellent, friendly installation and I believe Brett and one other guy for initial visit and subsequent visit to make sure measurements were right. Thanks again

2 exterior door installations

I have an old home with challenging issues like plaster and old insulation and crooked angles. All issues were handled with care and the guys went the extra mile to accommodate and make it the way I wanted in terms of adapting the lock system that didn't fit the hole the doors came with. Took them a lot longer than expected and they stayed cheerful and personable to me the whole time.
