Great service. Rob was knowledgeable and explained everything to us. His turnaround time was quick and was flexible on working around our schedule. He was thorough in his work and took time ro investigate.

My family and I were house hunting and found a house that was well priced, recently renovated, and about 30 years old. We really wanted the home, but the bids for the house had to be submitted by the next day (Sunday) by 5:00pm. We called Rob and he came out Sunday morning, did the inspection, told us the what and why of what he was doing, took loads of pictures, made notes and told us he would email the report to us by noon.

We received a 30 - 40 page report telling us the issues with the house and explanations of possible problems. After a family meeting we decided not to make an offer on the house. It is now 2 months later and the house has still not sold in a market where homes generally sell in 3-4 days.

I am very happy with Rob's service and conduct. I am putting an offer in on another home today and will call Rob to do the inspection this week.

Lastly, my father said, at the family meeting, that he never thought inspections were worth the money, but after seeing Rob's report he said, "This was worth every penny we paid for it!"

Had a home inspection on a property I wanted to purchase. The home was fully renovated so I didn't think there would be any problems, come to find out there where a lot of big and little problems. This allowed me to address all these issues with the seller and potentially saved me a lot of money on problems that I would have found out about a few months down the road.
Rob is very professional, has all the gadgets. He knows what he's doing, explains a few things to you after the inspection and then sends you a detailed report with pictures. I got mine within a few hours. He also sent a follow up email to ask how things are going.

Ambicorp recently did a home inspection for me and I was very impressed. Rob was on time and very thorough in all areas and for the more concerning aspects pointed them out to me and explained their importance.

Within hours of the inspection I was provided via email a complete rundown of all areas of note. The 35 page report included images from the home showing the specific issue as well as diagrams explaining in detail why the issues might be of concern as well as what is necessary to remedy the problem or potential issue that might arise.

Rob was also available for follow up questions later on.

We hired Rob to do post inspection to our new house. Rob is nice and very accommodating inspector, even the seller of the house praised him for being detailed in everything while doing the inspection.He was referred to us by one of our friend and we are totally satisfied with the service. Our appointment to him was 3:00 o clock in the afternoon but he came earlier than 3pm and started doing his job right away.
