Ambicorp Property Inspections

Just wanted to share my experience, Rob is great, he came out, did thorough tests, called back with updates, explained everything in detail, would recommend him to anyone, thanks again Rob.

I asked for an inspection despite the seller having their own inspection done. Was definitely the right choice as Rob provided much more detail and found multiple issues not mentioned in the other inspection (eg. Rob found a sagging roof, other inspection said the roof was too snow covered to inspect).

Rob was excellent. He was very thorough, pleasant and accommodating and he provided a very detailed electronic report the next day, including images. I was particularly pleased that he was available the next day to address any questions or concerns I may have. I would recommend this company based on Rob's performance.

My friend had a very positive experience with Rob which is why I chose him. He came all the way from GTA to Kitchener and conducted a thorough inspection. After inspection he explained to me in detail what he saw. His report was very detailed and included lots of pictures, including of the roof. I was happy with what he charged me.

The house is big over 4000sqft and he took his time checked the exterior top to bottom then went through every room using thermography camera and moisture meter. He was kind enough to explain what he was doing as he went along. He pointed out things I did not notice in my two pervious visits. I was very impressed to see the attention to detail and the sincerity he had towards his job. He went through the house from basement all the way to the attic and took pictures of what needed immediate attention and what could be a potential problem over time. After completing his inspection he had a report sent to me in two hours with all the details of his findings with pictures and explanations along with solutions to some of the problems that were discovered.
We went over those issues with the seller and got more in depth understanding of the history of the house.
I am glad we hired Rob and I would recommend his services to anyone buying a house.

Rob did a great job. He contacted us within half an hour of us requesting a quote, was able to come the next day, and promptly sent us the report followed by asbestos test results. The report was well written with links that gave context to what was being described and we also got a homeowners maintenance info booklet. We were very impressed and would recommend him.

I am very happy and satisfied by the service. I got the number from the website and talked to Rob. He was so friendly . I asked to get inspection for a house I bought because I had some worries about some safety issues. He was able to accommodate me same day I asked for the inspection. I had found Rob through this site so its fair enough to give an honest review. He is simply the best. I called him in a short notice as we only had 3 days before we can waive the inspection but he was able to accomodate me. I even called same day to move the time a little later and it was fine for him. This will be my first home with my boyfriend so I was really nervous. I brought my dad with me as I dont know what questions to ask. We had a bad experience with an inspector when my parents bought their house, but as soon as Rob started with the inspection, my dad had no doubt he could do his job well.  Rob uses the latest technology there is, he sent us the inspection report with pictures and recommendations just 2 hrs after. His report is very thorough but simple for me to understand. He even messaged me after a week asking me if I have any question, I actually dont have as his report is well detailed. I was impressed by the reviews on Homestars and gave Rob a call. He was able to come to my home within a couple of days and undertake my inspection. I would reiterate some of the other reviewers. Rob is through but also goes out of his way to help and explain both the process and what is involved. It is rare that i have come across a contractor or service related to the home that exceeds expectations. Rob does. I would give him an unreserved recommendation and i do not do that very often.
