From my first phone call to Rob, he seemed to be a genuine person who I could rely on making the most important inspection of my financial investment. On the day of inspection, he arrived as per our agreed upon time and did a thorough inspection of the house. I was amazed at his professionalism since it was a bit chilly outside on the day of the inspection, but he took his time to do a complete 360 degree exterior inspection before moving on inside. As he was going through the various places in the house, he also gave us valuable advice and tips. Oh, and how can I forget the professionalism behind the colourful report that he sent to me on the same day itself!!!

Rob arrived early for the job and began the outside inspection of the roof area and carport. Once inside he thoroughly checked the house and gave us some great recommendations on things to watch for in our purchase. Overall we were completely satisfied with Rob and his work and he made the process very educational and easy.

Rob came early and started his job before I arrived. He did very detail inspection inside out of my new purchased house. He was very professional and patiently explained issues been found during the inspection. I received his email with an impressive report same day afternoon. Very detailed point out all the issues some of even very minor problem along with recommendation or solution for the fixing. According that report, I sent an amendment to the seller to fix few major issues before the closing date. Thank you Rob, save my money from potential hassles. It's quite evident Rob loves his work. Very professional, he takes safety seriously and identified many deficiencies for a fully renovated bungalow that we were looking to purchase as first time home owners.

He answered many questions prior to booking him, was able to accommodate us on short notice, answered all our questions during the inspection (we had many), went out of his way to explain things and gave us tips as new homeowners. We have very young kids and he identified several safety issues which we raised to the seller to correct before closing. He prepared his 50+ page report with pictures, including information to explain the issues and links to sites for more information. It was very important to have this done thoroughly and quickly so we could identify these to the seller. The next day we also had questions, and he always responded right away throughout.

I was buying a home and I called Rob at Ambicorp for the home inspection. He was available at short notice which was important to me as the sale was conditional on inspection within 5days. Rob was very thorough with the home inspection, took pictures of everything he felt should be addressed and went on to explain the consequences of not getting those issues resolved. The inspection report was sent in on the same day, it was neat and easy to read/understand and well explained. Using the information from the inspection, I was able to get the sellers to repair some issues raised which in the long run saved me $$$ as I would have had to pay for the repairs myself, were it not for Rob!!
