With a new baby in the house my wife and I decided to finally do something about the hot in the summer / cold in the winter problem in our house. We found Chris online and were very happy with his expertise, honesty and professionalism. He actually talked us down from what we thought was needed to be done. His quote was fair and accurate, he arrived on time, did the work and cleaned up after. I have already recommended him to my parents.

I found Chris on the internet. My home was built in the 70's and for the last two years, I have had ice damming problems. He returned my phone call within hours and showed up a couple of days later to checkout my problem. Chris suggested I needed more ventilation and topped up my insulation value. His quote was reasonable and he completed the job in a couple of days.My home was cleaned up just as they found it. He is very professional and takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend him. Two thumbs up!!

When I purchased this house in December I was told by the home inspector that there were a couple of "cool" spots in my ceiling and some extra insulation would be required. I called 2 insulation companies in early January and set appointments for quotes, but because my job was just a "top up" and my house is "small", I had 1 company decline to offer a quote and the second asked to re-schedule my appointment 20 minutes before it was time to meet. I had to take time off work for that meeting...

After those debacles I was annoyed and left it for a little while, then I found Chris at Expert Insulation. Chris responded to my message almost immediately, EVEN THOUGH HE WAS ON VACATION AT THE TIME!!!!! He was more than happy to talk about what I needed, and showed a real interest and commitment in what work I needed done.

Chris asked if I could wait a week until he returned, and after talking to him for 10 minutes I knew I was fine with that. I had waited 4 months to get this done, what was a week more?

Chris came by for a quote less than 12 hours after returning from vacation, climbed up and gave me a full analysis of what was up in my attic (apparently whomever sold it to me left 2 rather alarmingly large holes of ZERO insulation (ugh!), and gave me a couple of options...along with his recommendation.

Their price was more than fair, and he booked my job for 48 hours later!

Every person who has hired more than 1 contractor has those horror stories about guys not showing up, or re-scheduling because they got another job, added $$$ to the original quote or leaving a mess when they were finished...YOU WILL NOT GET THAT WITH EXPERT INSULATION!

The price was fair, the respect was obvious, the professionalism top notch and the experience exceptional.

On top of that Chris is just a real nice guy. He deserves your business, and you deserve more contractors like Expert Insulation.

We recently purchased our first home, and with that comes an overwhelming amount of systems to understand and maintain. Thanks to Chris, we shouldn't have to worry about insulation for the foreseeable future!

We were incredibly happy with Chris. His rates were fair and he was very accommodating with his schedule! He provided an exact quote without even seeing the house and went out of his way to find a time and day that worked for us.

When Chris showed up, it took him no time at all to look in the attic and understand and explain all of our needs. We had him blow insulation into two separate attics and it took him no time at all.

Once everything was said and done he took the time to take me into the attic and show me what he had done. He did a very thorough job in explaining the importance of insulation and ventilation. He even went as far as recommending where to place additional ventilation (which is handy as we are getting a new roof soon!)

We are excited to help support a small local business, and are very pleased with the results! He provided a very effective service to increase the 'R' value of our attic at a very economical price. Now we can enjoy our house with its improved heat efficiency and reap the benefit of our future cost savings due to the reduced cost of heating/cooling.

We had 2 attics that needed to have insulation added to them, as well as an addition that needed to be looked at to see if we could insulate it better because the floor was very cold.

Chris was very good at communicating with us honestly about what was needed and what could be done. The addition on our home is a bit tricky so he consulted with other people to get possible solutions.

The insulation for the attic was done quickly and efficiently and they kept the area as clean as possible.

They were very helpful and prompt in getting back to us and we were able to ask questions when we had them. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Expert Insulation gave me a quick and reasonable quote. They came a week later an my heating costing have dropped 10 percent since we reinsulated. Chris gave us ideas on how to lower our heating costs further. very happy☺
