Very high end appearing. Very professional staff. Delivered on time and installed a whole kitchen retrofit in just a few hours. The prep work to decide how many drawers and how to space them and where was done expertly by Caroline. She's very attentive and thoughtful about the space when making recommendations.

I saw their booth at the PNE in August and was impressed with the options. An appointment was arranged with Caroline Vincent a few weeks later. Caroline was prompt, friendly, professional and had some great ideas. I put down a deposit immediately. She said the installer Jon would contact me within a week to arrange an appointment to take measurements. He called a few hours later and as luck would have it came the same day.
I was told it could take 8 weeks and it did but they called to make an appointment as soon as everything was ready. Jon did a terrific job with the installation and I couldn't be happier with everything. I don't have any hesitation about recommending Caroline Vincent, Jon Robertson and ShelfGenie.

John did an amazing job! He is a true professional! Shelves look awesome, and are superb quality! They even smell nice. Accessing everything in the kitchen is no longer a hassle!

I saw the Shelf Genie booth at the PNE and was impressed with the quality and solutions for the home. Our new cabinetry was installed yesterday and I loaded it up last night and cannot be happier. It is easy to get things in and out with more than enough unused storage space . Thank you Josef for your ideas and design and thank you James for the quality of the installation and your suggestions of placement of a couple shelves to utilize space even more. Josef, you said at our first meeting that if I wasn't happy with at least a 9 to 10 rating I would be getting a phone call. No phone call necessary as a perfect score cannot get any better. I am recommending you to anyone that is talking about storage problems

Caroline Vincent and James Damon were both very professional and knew their work well. Caroline gave us good recommendations on what would work best for us and as others have said, she didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. In fact, when James came to install the units, he said there was one shelf for our pantry that he thought we probably could get away with not installing but it was up to us. We decided not to get it installed and James deducted the cost from our final bill. We love our new drawers/shelves, makes life so much easier.

I recently downsized to a condo after 55 years in my former house. It's lovely but the kitchen needed some work, especially the lower cupboards. Lots of space but not easy to access now that I am 85!
I worked with Sharon of Shelf Genie of British Columbia and I cannot really say enough about how excellent she and her associates were. Always on time, highly professional, knowledgeable, thorough and attentive to detail. The customized shelves were delivered and installed well ahead of the expected
date and are just as good as promised. I have had less-than satisfactory encounters with reno other home-improvement professionals during this transition, against which Shelf Genie stands in total contrast. Based on my experience, my daughter is planning to use Shelf Genie for her own kitchen makeover.

Jon Robertson was great. He is professional, punctual and tidy. He knows his job. He had installed all my shelves in about 3.5-4hrs. I would highly recommend Shelfgenie and Jon!
