You Move Me Vancouver

Great work, great workers. Nothing was damaged. They put everything exactly where we wanted it, even when we changed locations. Had to take apart some pieces and they were put together without any damage. They worked very fast & efficiently. Second time we have used this company and would use or recommend to any one moving.

We recently helped some friends move and they had rented a U-Haul so our backs were still in recovery mode and we decided to hire You Move Me. I cannot explain how much better this is. They did it twice as fast as we could have, they saved our backs further torment, and they did it with smiles on their faces. U-Haul can be a cheaper option, but these guys are worth it, save the stress!!

From the initial home visit to provide an estimate through to the last box being unloaded we were immensely impressed. The team who worked with us led by Chris was outstanding. Chris had great leadership when supporting his team, was organized, professional and did everything possible to ensure everything was seamless for us. They were extremely careful with our possessions and not one item was damaged. In addition, they we're flexible when we needed to modify our move in date.
Our contact person, Prabh, was kind, thoughtful and always approachable. He added such a sense calm to our move. We had different questions come up prior to the move and they were quickly and confidently answered adding a deeper level of reassurance to the process.
Moving is an intensely stressful process and everyone with You Move Me went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and without hitch!
We would use the company again without question and would highly recommend then to anyone looking to move!!!

I was referred to You Move Me by a close colleague. I contacted the company very close to the end of the month (typically a very busy time) and they were able to accommodate in very short notice. The customer service was second to none (ie. they delivered boxes and packing supplies within hours of our first call), and the staff who helped move us out of our previous residence, and move us into our new property, were excellent! YMM made the entire transition smooth, quick, DAMAGE FREE, and seamless — I would absolutely recommend their services to all, and if there was a higher ranking than 5-stars i would give it.

We heard great things about You Move Me Vancouver, but were not satisfied with their service, and would not use/recommend them again. The two movers worked very slowly, and were joking/laughing to themselves for most of the time. It felt like they were deliberately working slowly to drag out the clock. Every time we've used movers in the past, they worked quickly and got down to business; we've never had movers work so slowly before. It was a good thing we had moved over a bunch of our stuff ahead of time, or it might have taken them 8 hours to get everything. They also packed my husband's coat up and put it in the back of the truck without checking with us first. We couldn't get it until the truck was unloaded at the new place, and it was pretty cold that day. The company's website also promised welcome coffee when they first arrived, and I had heard that we would receive a small housewarming present at our new residence. However, our movers did not show up with coffee, or say anything about it. At the end of the move, I asked about coffee and a the housewarming gift, and got a noncommittal response. I had to chase after them to get our small plant, the housewarming gift. The movers were not terrible, but not great either and we will not be using them again.

It was a great experience working with You Move Me. They were efficient and very professional. Customer service was exemplary.

You Move Me moved all the contents of my apartment into my new condo. They were friendly, efficient, careful, and professional. I feel like they went above and beyond to help me. I will use them again for any future moves.
