I m very satisfied with the work, technician was very thorough and has done a great job. Terrance has explained the problem and resolved very quickly. I would recommend Gold Medal plumbing and drain with no hesitation.

I'm in the midst of selling my house and after the house inspection, it was discovered there was a problem between the kitchen drain and the basement. Overwhelming for me, to say the least....
I contacted Gold Medal plumbing and received a courteous greeting with a live voice (rather than emailing my questions or leaving a voice mail). The next day a technician was at my house, explained to me the issue and exactly what would be involved to fix it, then proceeded to fix it the same day (no "consultation then return to do the job another day"). I'm very pleased with the technician's work and the courteous manner I was treated with by anyone I dealt with at Gold Medal - I would highly recommend them.

We recently had a repair job done on our two exterior faucets as we had intermittent leaking. Terrence was very helpful and efficient when he did the repair job and we no longer have any water leaking.

I discovered a leak and the source was coming from the toilet on the second floor. Jordan and his co-worker quickly identified and found the issue at hand and solved the promblem.
They need to cut into the dry wall in the celilling to find the source and location of the leak. Once found the job was done in a few hours.
Jordan took the time to clean up all floors and left the house in perfect condition. He also took the time to triple check if any new leaks developed .

The technician was courteous and cordial. The bathroom project was in a tight space within a drop ceiling. He stayed late to make sure the job was done right. I am completely satisfied with the service and experience.

The job they did for me currently is good . The contractor is friendly and is eager to solve the problems. The problems have been solved so far. Thanks anyway

Terrence replaced an old sink and faucet. The retrofit was challenging but Terrence found a sink which required extensive modifications to the countertop. Great result. Terrence really knows his stuff.

The guy did an excellent job installing a shower faucet that we needed replacement. So sorry for putting in the review as it was done sometimes in January. It was our insurance company who found this company. The guy I think his name is Lawrence did a great job and making sure it was done the right way. We needed something to cover the space hole where the shower head was and Lawrence went above and beyond to find a piece to cover the hole. Great job!!

Tried a two approaches to resolving the issue and did not penalize for going with the second approach. He Went above and beyond in replacing drywall. Would definitely recommend for any one requiring work.

Called on Saturday morning for a drained clogged. They sent a tech out the same day. Tech was courteous and very insightful. Managed to solve the issue right away. Would use this company again and recommend.
