The 2 main service was leaking and Rickard gave us the options. He was very aware of the right and safest way to do the job but let us chose which way. He supervised 6 or more volunteer laborers and he arranged all the materials. The job was completed in 8 hours , most of which was digging out the old pipe and ditch. He is very honest and handled our multi questions and advice without getting flustered.

There was a problem with the toilet at our farm house. Richard came by and fixed it and the tenants were so happy with the service. He was very polite and friendly. Made sure he didn't leave a mess. He was very professional.

One morning just before going to work, I walked past my water heater and it was hissing and steaming. I phoned BC Redi Rooter right away. Richard was able to tell me that my water heater was shot. He arranged to come by after I had returned home from work and replace it. Prompt, courteous and he even made me laugh.

Called Redi-Rooter and Richard responded. He was prompt and helpful on the call and did a great job on the repair. Special note had respect and care for our property. Leak issue is non existent to date.

This is to certify that Richard Lichtenberg repaired my toilet, fixed leaks in my home, installed gas lines and a gas stove. He has also installed a pressure regulator and a gas hot water tank. Everything that he has installed or repaired over the years has worked well. I would recommend his company for any plumbing or gas project.

Called Richard Lichtenberg due to a leak in our boiler. He came immediately and was able to deal with the problem so we could again have heat, in a very timely manner. The cost was very reasonable considering the situation. Would highly recommend Richard to anyone.

BC Redi-Rooter came at a moments notice during a weekend when my home reno project got out of hand and my giant hole sat where my toilet should be. My flange was cracked beyond use and I wasn't able to cut it away from the pipe. I was very impressed with their top notch quality of work and easy going professional communication. I know that I can rely on them anytime and trust do to high quality work. They're my first call now and I was quick to dial them again when my well ran dry and my trusty pump would no longer work. I was up and running in no time with a new pump and fresh new fittings that greatly improved my pump house and water delivery to my house.

Richard fixed leaky pipes under my house and added more strapping to all of them to hold them in place. There was stagnant water in the pipes since they had bowed over time and all this was fixed for a very good price
