They fixed a partial power outage

I was very pleased with the service. I called them about 4:00 on a Friday evening and they were at my property before 5:30, other companies told me that I had to wait several days before a technician could come to my place. When the technician arrived he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within about a half hour.
I was very impressed with how soon they responded to my call and how helpful the technician was. He explained everything he was doing to my service and gave me some basic tips on maintaining the electrical service.

Fixed loss of partial power to house

Very professional, courteous and respectful. This is the 3rd company I've had on my electrical system at my house. I'm not an electrician, but I know when I'm being taken advantage of and "taken for a ride" so to speak. The first two companies that came out I was unhappy with the assessment.Community Electric gave me what I believe to be the first honest assessment of what' s going on in my home (electrically). They also followed up with a list of recommended items and estimates for each that I can choose to do on my time and budget, without being to pushy.
Overall, the level at which each of the issues was communicated to me felt very professional and accurate. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely have them coming back to finish up my electrical disaster.

Awesome experience

Amazing! I called, they came. They educated me on how pendant lighting works and recommended a local shop to order the fixtures. We got 3 pendant lights installed in our bathroom. The time line he gave me was perfect for the order and for getting the work scheduled. The team came as scheduled, were very polite and punctual, and did the work quickly. They installed the 3 pendants beautifully and put in two recessed lights in the shower. Gorgeous work, we are SO pleased. We will definitely invite them back to do all future electrician work. Price was exactly as quoted. Awesome experience.

Installed 4 recessed lights, extra outlet, bathroom gcfi, dimmer switch, ceiling fan

This was my 3rd time using Community Electric. Was having an update done upstairs, so after the ceiling demo was done in the master bedroom, they were able to get me on the schedule quickly so no delay in the project occurred. Was told a morning time between 8-11 but the 2 techs arrived after 12:30 but they called to let me know. Clean, neat and professionally dressed, they got to work.
4 hours later, my recessed lights, extra outlet, dual switch w/dimmer, gcfi and ceiling fan was installed. The room with the ceiling fan had stored furniture with not a lot of work room but
the tech had no problem installing.
The bill was adjusted because I changed my mind about an item.
No reasons at all to not use them again and again in the future.

Repaired several lights, installed a new kitchen fixture.

I've had bad luck with electricians. The last one I used never showed up, never called. Community Electric offered a totally different kind of service. They maintained constant contact with me, calling the day before and calling me shortly before the scheduled appointment to tell me of their impending arrival. No talking to answering machines. I spoke with actual human beings. The workers were congenial and skilled.Efficient at diagnosis and repair.
The best electricians I have ever used.

general electrical work

The two guys who came over were fantastic. Professional, friendly and gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable that they knew what they were doing. They even complimented me on my coffee making skills! Their work on the wiring for the entertainment system was top notch. No cutting corners, they installed proper piping inside, setup all the existing wiring and even put a draw string in there to make it easy to pull more wiring through when I need to. Precision work.
Great Job - these guys were a little more expensive than another quote but I'm very glad I used them and will use them again 100%.
