Tip Top Exteriors No Longer In Business

So happy with the work from Bruce and his team! Bruce is very responsive to calls, texts and emails. When the colour of the product didn't totally look right to us initially, Bruce came over straight away and helped us sort out options. His team were very friendly and informative. And it looks fantastic!! 100% recommend Tip Top exteriors.

We were very happy with the work done by Bruce and his crew from Tip Top Exteriors. Bruce was very knowledgable on all of the siding options available and helped me to pick the best siding for our home. They improved the insulation under the siding and we have noticed a big difference already. He replaced all of the metal soffit, fascia and eavestrough, and it all looks amazing. He also installed two posts at the front of our home to support an overhang that was drooping to one side. We have had so many compliments on how good the house looks now! Bruce and his crew showed up when they said they were starting and finished on schedule. We will be calling them for sure when we are ready to install new egress windows.

Work was done well and quickly, we had a lot of issues (on my part) pulling the permit and TipTop was very accommodating with being delayed and going forward. Would recommend to anyone getting basement windows put in to use TipTop Exteriors.

I have had a costly renovation experience in the past and now only use Homestars to find reputable contractors. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Bruce from Tip Top Exteriors.

I had a new garage built this spring and I decided to use the old small attached garage as a rumpus room/home office, adding an extra 312 square feet to my overall house size.

The old garage overhead door was removed, and replaced with a huge window. I also replaced another window and door in the back, and had an entrance door at the front filled in, as a result I needed new siding and parge and posted an ad in Homestars.

This was just a small job and I needed done quickly. After milling through all the responses I got contacted by Bruce from Tip Top Exteriors. He was able to do the job right away and at an exceptional price, unlike all other respondent contractors.

I could tell when I talked to Bruce on the phone that this was the guy I wanted hire. His knowledge, business sense, personality, and rapport with me was unbelievable and exceptional, a true breath of fresh air.

Bruce didn't let me down, he was punctual and did a absolutely fantastic job. The 1st day he had a helper and got the job completed in about half a day, except for 2nd coat of parge which was completed the next morning. All in all about a 5 day turnaround from the day I placed my ad, (how unbelievable is that!).

I was thoroughly impressed with Tip Top Exteriors and with Bruce. Bruce is an exceptional contractor and I'm very glad to have met him. He is now my contractor of choice and I highly recommend him and Tip Top Exteriors.

I first had Bruce from Tip Top in to cut out an egress window in our basement bedroom. He did such an amazing job at a great rate that we have used him exclusively in our renovations and upgrades, including the addition of another door from our garage into a mudroom, several window upgrades and additions. Very honest service, great price, and a great contact for any windows and doors applications. I have referred Bruce and Tip Top to many friends who have had a similar result

During our basement development, we needed to get our basement bedroom window to meet the city code. As the window was a decent size, we decided to have Bruce just change the style of window to meet code. Unfortunately, the window supplier changed the specs of the new window unbeknownst to Bruce. We realized after the install that the new window would not pass inspection (ever so close though). Bruce let us know right away that he would be fixing this and that he wouldn't be leaving us in a lurch. He then gave us a fair/slightly reduced quote to enlarge the window and we felt confident in his workmanship and skill. He was very professional and dependable and we would recommend him to others in a heartbeat. We are thrilled with our large new basement window!

I am very impressed with Tip Top Exteriors- thorough, clean, fast, and reasonably priced! Everything was as promised, Bruce and crew installed the windows in one day instead of the estimated two days- excellent job, very happy!

Prompt response to calls and emails, shows up when promised for quote and repair, excellent quality work, very reasonably priced and most importantly, a very pleasant company to deal with. He went above and beyond being helpful, courteous, going the extra mile to make the customer happy and implementing little extra touches in the finishing which really make the project pop!
