Beautiful front porch

This project was a front porch spanning both sides of a semi-detached. The work of Leuri and his crew was of the highest quality. What a joy it is to work with a trustworthy, knowledgeable and experienced builder! His pricing was fair, and communication lines were always open and transparent. Leuri even suggested a design improvement to the plans that we are delighted with. Flawless in all respects, and highly recommended.

Replaced and sistered joists in basement

I purchased a 170 year old house a few years ago and last year discovered that a number of the of the joists had rotted where they meet the outer wall sill. In some cases the rot extended to most of the joist. A 'restoration' that had been done to this house a decade before had clearly hidden this with insulation (as evident by paint over the rot and random support structure that seemingly had no purpose - until we found the joist rot). Yeah.

After getting an outrageous quote for a solution that was not even the correct way to solve the problem, I contacted Leuri from Rebuild and he came to my house to check it out and provide a quote. The proposed work and price seemed completely reasonable, so I accepted.

When the work started it became clear that there was even more damage than originally thought. Leuri worked long hours to get this extra work done, all in a cramped basement (only about 5'6" high) over 3 days. The extra price charged for the additional work was very reasonable and transparent.

Learning that the support structure for the main floor of your house is in danger of eventual collapse is nerve-racking. Rebuild solved the problem by directly replacing or sistering the joists and did a great job at a reasonable price.

I fully recommend.

Framing

Unreal A+++ service!
Knowledgeable, very professional framers, experts in what they do. They did much more then we expected , without breaking our bank.
I have to say, I had zero miscommunication, which is often happens when you are hiring people.
They also advised on, fixed, repaired items we didn't expected. Definitely the best contractors we ever had. Thank you Leuri!
Well done guys! Would definitely recommend and hire again!

Basement framing

We are very pleased with the entire process, from quote, to installation, to completion. We received multiple quotes to frame our unfinished basement. Leuri was very prompt in both visiting our home and emailing me his quote. His was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive but he was the only contractor whose quote included installing a subfloor under the framing around the perimeter walls, which Was important to me.
Leuri and Marcello were professional, polite and open to brainstorming to make sure all of our unfinished space was used efficiently. They were also very accommodating and compromising when it came to dealing with a plumber and his requirements for the rough ins in the bathroom and laundry room.
They made the entire process a very smooth one for us. Would high recommend.

Wall Removal

We need to have 3 walls removed, one was a structural wall that required an extra reinforcement, the work was done in one day in an impeccable manner, the service provided was excellent they were very cautious and careful to protect the surrended areas and once they finished they cleaned up everything.
The city inspection went smoothly and we got the approval to continue our renovations .
100% Satisfied Customer and we highly recommend them

Wall Removal and Beam Installation

Leuri is everything you'd want in a contractor but find so rarely: honest, personable, responsive, organized, punctual, efficient and, most importantly, a master of his craft. We sent him our engineer's drawings for a quotation and he quickly sent one that detailed the work and at a competitive price. Once we hired him, he contacted our engineer and actually improved on his plan of work! This both reduced our cost and made it possible to install a flush rather than a drop beam. The result is a great canvas for our kitchen contractor (see pics). We're so happy that we hired Leuri and RTP for our project and hope to be able to do so again one day. We highly recommend him.
