This company was very timely and professional. They were able to work around my scedual when making time for the inspection, and actually on time for the appointment. He was very friendly and helpful when it came to deciding what products and renovations worked best for my needs. There pricing was amazing compared to what other companies had quoted me. They were very respectful of my home and extremely efficient in they're work. I am amazed by the job they have done and have already referred friends and family to them. I will most definitely be using them again for any future work.

We had a unit damaged by water, this unit was over looked and seeing as it was so close to the Christmas holidays contractors were hard to find, and had bad news about time lines. As it is an investment rental unit, we had to get the owners unit back into a habitable condition, Fernando at AICO not only promised us the impossible, he came through ahead of schedule, and went above and beyond in touching up items that were out of scope but needed to be addressed at minimal to no cost!

We had our house and garage roofs redone last summer by Aico Construction. We were provided excellent recommendations and options during the initial estimate. The workers were courteous and professional, and the work was done in record time (less than a day and a half for both roofs).
