With a baby on the way, we were getting the house painted and wanted the new carpet installed after the painting was done.

I found the company on a Saturday afternoon on HomeStars. He called me within 5 minutes of me sending a request. Texted my wife and I lots of samples, and then came out a few days later so we could see them in person.

Everything was very professional, and he even followed up the same day when it was all done to see how happy we were.

We purchased wool carpet for our stairs and realized we needed to have it installed professionally. We wanted it done quickly. Perry from Carpet Selections gave us a quote over the phone and we were able to schedule installation within the week. The installers who came were great; very professional and they finished the job (stairs between first and second floor and then second to third floor) within 3 hours! Very good company. We would definitely hire them again.

We needed to replace the carpet on 3 flights of stairs in our condo townhouse. We found that Carpet Selections was one of the most highly-rated companies in the GTA on HomeStars. We emailed Perry and he was quick to respond to our inquiry to set up a meeting.

Perry met us at our condo and brought along a range of carpet samples that would suit our needs and our budget. Our first impressions of Perry was that he was soft-spoken, down-to-earth and incredibly honest. He told us about each carpet option, pros/cons and ensured that we picked one that suited us the best. Most importantly, he was not pushy and genuinely seemed to care about our needs.

Once we decided on our carpet choice, he was able to provide an estimate on the spot, told us roughly how long it would take to do the job. He also encouraged us to shop around and consider other companies as well (which we did). In the end, Perry provided us with the most competitive price, and we were not disappointed. He was very accommodating and really went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy when we decided to go with him.

Perry then set up a pre-installation meeting with his installer (Erdem); they both came to verify final measurements and to identify any potential difficulties. I really felt that being able to meet the installer helped to build trust and reassurance.

On the installation day, Erdem showed up on time with two other installers at 08:00h. They worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old carpet and under-pad. They explained each step of the process, so that there were no surprises. They meticulously cut and installed each section of the carpet with the same high degree of quality; all the edges were seamless and invisible. They even made sure to correct any imperfections that pre-existed on the staircase! It really demonstrated that they cared about their craft, and their workmanship really shows through in the final product. They did an amazing job!

They actually finished the job in less time than they initially promised (they only took 4-4.5 hours from start to finish). Afterward, they swept the floors and did a very good job cleaning up and disposed of all the debris from the job. All the installers were incredibly professional and courteous, and really respected our home.

With the opening of our new location fast approaching I had to have the flooring completed in time for other trades to finish. After being disappointed by a large commercial flooring company who appeared to put our urgent needs on the back burner, I was referred to Perry from Carpet Selections.
Perry was there the next day to measure and prepare a quote (Less expensive then the large commercial installer). Our carpet was a special order due to our franchise requirements, the product arrived in two days and Perry and his team were able to install it the next day.
It’s been two months now and the carpet looks as good as the day it was installed.
In our business customer service is our number one priority, obviously Perry believes the same. Good pricing is one thing but the professional and fast service we received is what really counts.
I will definitely call Perry for our future flooring needs and refer any friend family or colleague as well.

Perry and his team did a fantastic job installing broadloom and vinyl flooring throughout our new apartment. We've hired Perry in the past to carpet our house a couple of times and have found he is consistently excellent - personal and professional service.
