Needed urgent repair of our flat roof causing a leak into our house. Intricate Roofing&Contracting came to repair the roof within a few hours. This was such a relief given that several other companies turned down our job - and the leak would only get worse as time went on and the weather gets worse.

Intricate Roofing and Contracting was very knowledgeable and gave us additional advice on caulking our window flashing to further limit and chances of leaking.

I sent out a request for a quote at about 7 in the morning, and Ivan rang me back in about 10 minutes. Twelve hours later he was at our house. He took a look at our roof, shared his ideas patiently, and even fixed a few shingles before giving us a quote.

The roofing work was great. They started about 2 weeks after the initial quote. Ivan does all of his own work, with the help of two women. My wife was very pleased by that. He removed all of the old shingles, replaced a rotten section, put down new wood, and then reshingled the roof. It took 6 days and they worked their butts off.

We felt like we were his most important customer, and our roof is 100 x better.

Very fast service and honest assessment, great price too. Had a few shingles that came loose, repaired and also he noticed missing caulking which was a leak route which got fixed on the spot. Thanks Ivan!

Ivan has been a helpful neighbor loved by everyone on the block. When I asked him to power wash my roof, he cheerfully said he could do it the same day. He came hours earlier than he'd planned and had cleaned our roof from all debris before I even knew he'd been there. I explained that we needed photos to show our home buyer, and he immediately went back up on the roof and took 18 shots! He's a delight; knowledgeable, skilled, personable, conscientious, honest, and helpful. I'm recommending him to the person buying our house.
