The contractor came when he said he would. The work was completed as scheduled. It was meticulously done. Budget revisions were throughly reviewed when demolition was complete and before remedial work begun. Excellent work promptly done. Site was left clean.

Called, responded within 10 minutes, provided a quote quickly, roofing repairs done within a week of call. Efficient, friendly, great price, was all done well in timely manner, would recommend to anyone!

Service was great. Came on time. Very professional. I am relieved that they were able to get to the job before the roof froze.
They recommended a great product for the heating cables. I am hoping that it solves my problems this winter.

Ivan and his team were contracted to replace the fascia and eavestroughs on our house. It was an extensive job since our house has two central peaks and there are eavestroughs on all sides. Ivan walked us through the estimate and encouraged us to replace only that which was necessary (the soffitt was still in good condition.) Happy to say that all was working well during the latest heavy rainfall. Ivan was also able to isolate and fix an unrelated problem with the roof draining incorrectly, which was awesome.

Ivan proved himself to be honest and trustworthy and we'd recommend him without hesitation.

There was a small leak around the chimney. I asked a few companies via HomeStars for a quote ... Adam was the first to get back to me. He gave me a very good price and came out in a couple of days to caulk the flashing ... before anyone else even got back to me. Quite happy with the results. He said of the problem still existed to call him and he would come back.
Finding a company to fix a small problem is difficult ... a lot of companies don't want the little jobs, no realizing that out of little jobs large jobs may arise.

The flashing between our house and garage was pulling away from the walls and some of our roof soffits had fallen off. Contacted Intricate Roofing (Ivan) and he was out the next day completely replacing the old flashing with new and put back the soffits, along with wood bracing/boards to make sure it wouldn't happen again.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting roof installation or repairs...

We have an old house with a new metal roof. We got a lot of ice and snow falling from it and it damaged our eaves and Porch Light. Ivan and his team did an excellent job installing snow breaks and new eaves. He even put extra snow breaks above our door to deflect the snow and ice away as it melts. We are very happy with the job done and would recommend Intricate Roofing to friends and family.

Ivan was doing work for our neighbors and had to trim some of our cedar on their side. We asked if he could trim down our hedge. First thing next morning he was at it and was very quick and professional. We were very impressed, even though this is not in his line of work he did a great job, was happy to help.
