Kevin and his team were fantastic, the job was done fast with skill and accuracy, I was shocked at how much they were able to do in just 3 days. They were polite, friendly and accommodating; if we had questions or changes they did their best to help. I would definitely call on Kevco again for future projects.

We moved into a 33 year old house last year where the backyard had been forsaken for multiple years. It needed a lot of work and Kevin and his crew have made it a place I feel excited to entertain with friends and family next year. We had multiple trees planted, we had old sod removed as well as a patio stone deck area was removed. Kevin and his crew regretted the entire backyard so it will drain properly and they brought good soil and put down new sod. They were extremely professional, hard-working, honest, and everything we asked for was done perfectly. I was amazed at how quickly they got the job done. I would highly recommend this company. The only hiccup with this company I would say is the receptionist or office assistant. Although it was technically a misunderstanding between her and Kevin I found the way she approached the issue to be very unprofessional and very rude when me as the customer hadn't done anything wrong. She never really apologized which didn't sit well with me. Kevin apologized immediately and I truly appreciate that.

Kevin is a rarity amongst contractors: he does what he says and when he says hell do it for the most part. I knew Kevco Landscaping would be the one to go with when Kevin first called me back on a Saturday like he said he would. Most contractors dont even do this at the initial stage. He was also recommended by a friend who I trust bc shes picky as I am.

Even so, I always get at least 4-5 different quotes from other contractors and his came in around the middle and is fair for the industry. When he came to scope out the job in the back, he was honest and gave me cost savings advice wrt the concrete pool coping which I originally wanted to remove but he advised against it. He didnt take advantage to make a buck; thats why I trust him and wouldnt hesitate to recommend him.

We used Kevco for a previous job: 2 gates, fence repairs and side walkway & stairs and we were thrilled with the results (so was our neighbour who hired him to do his gate). Kevin returned a week later to make sure we were satisfied as well as to seal cut ends.

His team for both jobs were skilled, friendly, considerate and hard working. The young men all had great respect for us and Kevin which is a pleasure to see these days!

The true test is when things go wrong and how a contractor resolves issues that crop up. Kevin worked seamlessly with our irrigation guy when issues with the sprinkler system occurred for both projects.

My biggest testimony is how Kevin dealt with a misunderstanding about the design which couldve halted the project until next season if I stuck to my guns but Kevin patiently listened to what was most important to us and he problem solved and worked with us to the best of his ability. What could have been disastrous turned out even better than I envisioned. When Kevin came back to ensure were happy, he offered up some tweaks to some minor finishing details I pointed out (keep in mind, Im really picky) which he will do next season when he does our front yard. Yes, we are happy to hire Kevco Landscaping again and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to any of our family and friends!!! Thanks Kevin!

This is the second project I have used Kevco for and would honestly not use anyone else! In this project the team built a 11ft pergola and a stone patio for our firepit. This was in addition to our first project where they rescued our disaster of a backyard after we purchased the property

As always working with Kevin and Cheryl was fantastic. Honest and authentic they are open and discuss your ideas making sure you get what you want.

The job was done professionally and on time and budget with very little disruption to our lives. Clean up was great and we were using the landscaping immmediately afterwards

Our front step and walkway needed an update, so we reached out to Kevin from Kevco Landscapes. So glad we did. He was very patient with me while I decided and changed my mind a couple times on what I wanted it to look like. He was very knowledgeable and had great ideas on what could be done, and what would look great. He came to our home on a few occasions to discuss the job, and to make sure we were happy with the final plan. He said the job would take a week, and he was done in that time frame. His crew were friendly, and professional, and did a great job. They left the job at the end of each day nice and tidy. He was easy
to reach and quick to respond when we had any questions, I would highly recommend Kevco Landscapes!

We needed the swale at the side of our house renewed and our eaves trough down spouts put in pipe to get the water out past our foundation to reduce the risk of water in our basement. KEVCO v'd out the swale, packed clay along the foundation sloped to the swale, placed PVC pipes to the front of the property then covered it all with gravel and a beautiful walkway. They did a wonderful job taking the one pipe all the way to the front garden and the other they incorporated into the end of the walkway.
They removed our old concrete and flagstone porch and built a magnificent stone porch which they blended into a spacious patio at the front of the house. They trimmed up the stairs with decorative rocks and river stone.
Then they paved the driveway - including an additional parking spot at the road.
Absolutely everything was completed with sloping away from the house.
KEVCO kept every time line and promise. The neighbours were amazed by the cleanliness, politeness and efficiency.

HI, We would recommend Kevin and his company - they were responsive, tried to please, respected deadlines and we are very happy with the work that they did. He even came back personally to fix a small problem that developed shortly after and did that no charge. Its hard to find good tradespeople these days, Kevin and his group fall into that category.

Kevin said it would take a week, I needed a complete overhaul of my yard, he did the job in 3 days and it is really beautiful. My yard was a mess but that didn't phase him or his crew. Very easy group to work with and would definitely use him again and likely will do so in the future.

We added an above ground pool to our backyard and wanted to add a deck. Kevco had done a walkway and gardens for us previously and we were very happy with the work, so we asked Kevin to come and give us a quote. From start to finish, the project was done with speed, efficiency and to exacting standards. Kevin offered design suggestions which made the new deck blend seamlessly with our existing structures. The crew showed up on time and were done in a few short days. The area was left in pristine condition once complete. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kevco to anyone looking for landscaping or deck work.

Work was done well and fast. Workers were friendly and respectful to both our property and family. Kevin and his team were easy to work with. He was the only contractor to advise me that the patio needed to be higher at the house in order to shed water away from the house as my backyard slopes towards the house. Would highly recommend KEVCO!
