Kevco Landscapes

I was referred to Kevco by a friend who also had them landscape the property at their house. Kevco's customer service is second to none. He spent the time explaining the process and answered my questions. His team was always on time and completed the work within the specified time. Kevco has always been easy to contact.
There were not that many people whom we solicited bids from that would work with flagstone. There were little touches that Kevco added in that were never discussed - to be honest, I never thought about it - such as adding river rock as a decorative measure. The stone stairs they put in were perfect.

Quite pleased with the quality of work, the timeliness within which it was promised to be started and completed, and the friendliness of Kevin and his crew. Cost was reasonable and I would definitely use Kevco Landscaping again for any future jobs. I like the 5 year guarantee that comes with the job. It says they back their work and its’ quality.

Upgraded front entrance with beautiful natural stone steps along with interlocking stone and bordered with rock. The backyard had interlock installed to create a backyard patio that enhances he outdoor living space of the home. The entire project was completed in 2 days. The entire crew were efficient, professional and strived for perfection. I would recommend this company to anybody looking to get landscape work done. I got a courtesy follow up call from the owner the following Spring to ensure my satisfaction and if anything needed to be adjusted.

The team was extremely well organized and they were eager to collaborate in terms of design. The same team came each day and arrived on time. This was great in terms of developing rapport as well as ongoing communication. The lead hand was fantastic in terms of communication and double checking to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. If any modifications needed to be made due to unforseen circumstances we were able to collaborate in order to develop an amicable solution. Moreover, often times the owner (Kevin) was on site and worked with the team. This was also particularly reassuring for both ourselves and the team to see that he was willing to invest his own time and sweat equity to ensure things were completed according to the agreed upon plan and timeline.

About a year and a half ago we purchased a very overgrown bungalow in Bradford. We had Kevin and his guys come in to do a general clean up and it was a big clean up. They did an amazing job. Removed all the bushes at the front, built 3 beautiful stone window wells, leveled out beside the garage and put in pavers. The pavers were a big job and required an awful lot of fill and retaining wall as the property sloped down so much. Then last fall we had the crew in again to do interlock around the driveway and sidewalk to the porch. Again, a beautiful job was done and all tidy when they left. I would recommend Kevin and his team for any land or hard scape you need done at your home or business. Talented group of guys and boy do they work hard!

In July/Aug of 2017, I had my backyard cleared and re-done. Including the fences. I am extremely please by the quality of workmanship of Kevin and his crew. Family members that have come to my house have commented on the fact that I did my research and found a great contractor for this project. Keep up the good work Kevin !!!

I need to share my experience with Kevco. About 4 years ago they did extensive work on my front landing and walkway. Even before it was finished Kevin notice and imperfection, that I did not notice, and relaid the bricks. This year I notice a slight movement, probably caused by frost, and called Kevin. without any hassle he had it fixed within 2 weeks, Best service I have ever experienced.

Since the day we moved in to our home a few years ago, we always missed not being able to enjoy our backyard more often without a patio and finally decided to go for it. We reached out and met with several reputed contractors in the GTA after short-listing them on some of our criteria since we didn't want to save a few bucks and compromise on the quality of our patio which we would be enjoying for years and would appreciate our property value as well. We had an idea on the design but most of the contractors spoke the same language without much advise or recommendations on our expectations and pushing us to sign up before all available dates for the season were taken.

When we first met Kevin from Kevco Landscapes for a consultation, we were assured within minutes that he might be our guy. Kevin discussed our requirements, design ideas, budget etc. in detail and shared great recommendations for betterment with pros and cons of different options based on his years of experience in the industry. He shared his portfolio and client references for any background checks that we might want to run. He was honest with pricing, availability, timelines from the day we met him. He took the time and answered all questions we had and gave us the time we needed to make a decision or reach out for any other questions we might have for him before we were ready. Kevin also shared a project design which was mapped to scale for a very clear understanding of what we could expect once the job was done along with the project proposal and a 5 year written warranty which no one else came close to matching.

Kevin helped us start with product selection and the project kicked off right on schedule. The crew was super energetic and everything was very well coordinated with delivery of supplies, machinery, manpower etc. as the project moved along. We watched in awe as the crew brought down our worn out deck and everything started to fall in place. The crew was careful not to damage any of the exterior walls. With the perfection that everything was moving along, we were glad that we made the right decision. It looked like they've practiced this a hundred times before and knew exactly how all the components jive together. The job completed ahead of schedule and Kevin made sure that the work site, side-walks, street etc. was all left the way it was before they arrived. Once they left, we could not even tell that they were ever here, just that we now magically had a patio we love.

This review sure has been long overdue (as we're on our patio most of the time) and hence a detailed one. We would definitely recommend Kevco for any similar project and are confident that they would not only meet but most certainly exceed expectations.

We selected Kevco Landscapes because of the high quality work that is clearly evident from their website and the 5 year warranty that no other landscaper will come close to. Before the work, Kevin explained exactly what would be done, and patiently answered all our questions. The crew arrived on time each day and worked hard throughout despite intermittent rain. They completed their work on schedule in 2 days. The crew was friendly, fun, and easy to work with. We treated them to some cold ice-cream bars! Despite a bigger task than anyone anticipated pulling out the old concrete, Kevin and team worked hard and energetically to meet their commitment. The attention to detail is high and the quality of the job shows throughout. It looks awesome and we feel that we have the best looking walkway in the neighbourhood. We would highly recommend Kevin and his team and we would definitely hire them again for future projects.

Kevin and his team did a really great job. We contacted a lot of contractors for this renovation and Kevin stood out as being competent, confident and trust worthy.

He got the grading perfect and the backyard has been completely transformed. His team was done in two days, there was really no disruption to our lives. After that he came back on multiple occasions to address any lingering issues. Kevin has always been easily accessible by phone or email.
