We heard noises in the attic & noticed one of the roof vents was damaged. Ken from Gotcha came over, inspected the attic & confirmed racoon had nested there. Ken installed 1 way door on the damaged vent. Also installed mesh guards on all existing vents. Ken was very good at his job & knowledgeable. I found their rates less expensive than the other companies I called. In a few days Ken is scheduled to close off the 1 way door that installed. I highly recommend this company.

Very pleased. Ken and his companion came in the time window stated, the morning after I called. I was impressed by the fact that they used their big ladder to check the upper floor as well, though we spoke only of coons breaking into the lower floor bedroom roof. They were here for an hour and a half, and reported before they left on exactly what they had done and why--very thorough. Over the years I have had 2 other experiences with raccoons and squirrels breaking in. The estimates for total costs for those jobs by a different company were exceeded both times. So pleased to find a good reliable company now!

A creature came down our fireplace chimney. Ken knew exactly what it would be... A squirrel! He was able to come out even earlier than promised and was very professional in his removal of the varmint. The chimney cap has been reinforced against further entry by animals. Ken, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. All work is guaranteed for three years. Great communication from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

I called Ken on a Tuesday and he showed up on Wednesday and went the extra mile to fix potential future problems.

Hired to remove squirrel problem in roof. Removed cage prematurely without allowing the animal to leave. Squirrel remains in roof/attic/house. Ken does not want to rectify problem, rather be combative and rude. Horrible, worse customer service. I do not recommend his services.

Waking up at 3 am to find bats flying around the house is alarming!
I phoned Gotcha Wildlife at 7 am and by 8am Frank and Phoenix were on hand to reassure us and assess the situation. Within 36 hours the nest was found a one-way entrance installed and the house sealed against further incursions. Brilliant job, thank you!

I called and left a message on holiday Monday and got a call back early the next day. We set up an appointment for the day after. Ken was incredibly nice the minute he got to my house. Took the time to explain what he was going to do to figure out my issue and why. There was a bone on my roof that he brought down and threw out for me. As soon as he figured out the issue he went straight to work getting traps set up to fight off the mice that have laid seige on my house. Ken was nothing but nice and incredibly helpful. I would 100% recommend Ken and Gotcha Wildlife to anyone and everyone in the Durham region.

Friday night / Saturday I had a bat in my kitchen.
Phoenix from Gotcha Wildlife came. After noise and light persuion, followed by having to cut a hole in a cupboard he finally caught the bat. It was young. After resting on a windowsill the bat flew away.
Phoenix checked my home including the roof. He coould only find a couple of small holes on the roof as possible site of entry.
Phoenix was very friendly and thorough. Office staff,Ken, was also friendly.
