Hired this cleaning company after looking them up on HomeStars and seeing positive reviews. I'm now certain that the reviews on this page were left by the business owner and are fake. Mariya, the business owner, told me that it will take an estimated 10 hours split amongst 2 people to perform an after reno cleanup and a deep cleaning of my home (she was aware of the square footage and condition). However, 7.5 hours into it, they barely did anything. They claimed to have finished the second floor, but it was done poorly, they forgot to clean the counters, washrooms, closet, doors, etc.. I ended up asking the cleaners to leave, paid them in full (as they are just workers and weren't the ones that quoted me). The workers were extremely rude, one of them shouted at my wife when my wife politely pointed out the things that the cleaner overlooked. To my surprise the cleaning company didn't even use any cleaning solutions, just vinegar, claiming that it works better than any cleaner (while it doesn't actually, it has no affect on numerous serious germs such as staphylococcus , salmonella or any type of dangerous germ).

I then contacted Mariya asking her to provide a partial refund $100 of the $225 paid, as I had to hire a company to redo the job from scratch. She agreed, said she will come by "tomorrow", she failed to show up several days in a row. Finally, she arrived today, and said "how about I give you just $50". I was shocked, I wasn't asking for a full refund, although no actual results were produced. She had the nerve to start trying to negotiate it down... I obviously just asked her to leave. I encourage you to stay away from this shady, petty individual. The service it self is terrible, zero attention to detail, rude, slow and sloppy.

After contacting virtually every cleaning company on Homestars and being told they do not service Richmond Hill, I found Master Cleaning Now via a Google search. I required a deep cleaning the day after I moved into my new home as I did not have access to the home prior to closing. Mariya was extremely flexible when I had to change the date a few times. She was pleasant to deal with also. She sent two cleaners who did everything I requested (I provided a list) and kept me informed if there was something they could not do. When they were finished, they asked me to inspect their work to ensure it was to my satisfaction. They were pleasant and thorough. I would not hesitate to hire them again! I have already referred Master Cleaning Now to my realtor for future clients requiring cleaning services. I have no regrets.
