I have project to renovate my major bathroom in master bedroom. The project includes replacement of whole floor with marble tile, replacement the tile and faucet of deck embedded tub with new marble tile and fancy three pieces Roman bathtub faucet. The project also includes shower curb rebuild and installation of a half covered marble tile wall. The job is done excellently! It is not just professional but also constructive attitude during whole processes. Many ideas and designs are coming from Eddy's suggestions. The project is completed on time without any interruption. We have renovation project almost every year during the post ten years. In our experience, Eddy Reno is the best, no the one of the best! Fair, Honest, Efficient and Accurate. Eddy and his team patched a hole in our roof that was caused by an Animal during the coldest period of winter. He was quick to come out and ensure that the job was required. He took detailed pictures and provided a multiple options for us to work with. I hired Eddy Roofing & Renovation Inc to do a complete bathroom renovation, including removing the bathtub and replacing it with a walk-in shower.
Eddy was professional, courteous, and timely. He was easily accessible and he even came to Home Depot/Rona with me on several occasions to assist me in choosing fixtures. He was competitively-priced.
As my only other bathroom was a 2-piece bathroom, Eddy advised me he and his team would have the entire renovation job completed in a 2-week period of time. He delivered on this promise.
I was nervous about the renovation as I live in a condominium that requires Board approval for all renovations. Eddy dealt directly with the property management company to ensure the renovation was approved and all his work met their standards as well as satisfying my wants. He communicated well and explained to me what he was doing and how he was doing it.
There were certain things that I wanted and he voiced his opinion when he thought that my suggestions would not be aesthetically pleasing. I wanted to install both a mounted shower-head and a hand-held shower head side by side and he advised me, that in his opinion, this would look too cluttered, due to the small size of the area. I relied on his experience and took his advice, and I am happy I did. Eddy appears to be a perfectionist. I can tell he prides himself on the quality of his workmanship…my bathroom is absolutely stunning.
I have already hired him for my next two projects: installing weather-resistant laminate flooring on my balcony and changing my one-floor closed-concept condo into an open-concept living space.
