We had two downtown apartments to move to a house in Crystal Beach. The movers were right on schedule and eager to get started!

They were prepared with all equipment and friendly dudes enjoying a nice Saturday move!

Mike runs an amazing company. We've moved many times and this was by far our best experience. Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with. Before our move, Mike helped us find the best deals on moving boxes and supplies. On move day, they were fast and efficient. They worked hard to make sure that all our furniture got to the rooms we wanted them in, even a couch and king sized mattress that were very tricky to manoeuvre. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Will be recommending them to all our friends.

I would highly recommend using Lloyd Empires for any moving job you have in Ottawa. Mike and Trevor were both extremely nice and professional, hustled without being careless, and were able to complete our complex move for under the quoted price.

I used Lloyd Empires for a local move. They arrived on time, were incredibly professional and courteous, and charged me a very reasonable fee. They even disassembled and reassembled my beds and dressers. I recommend them highly and without reservation!

Owner (Mike) provided the option of an hourly rate, or a fixed rate quote based on his free walk-through. During the walk-through he provided many good tips for ensuring a smooth moving day, was extremely professional, polite, and offered reasonable rates.

Moving day went smoothly and like clockwork. Mike and team arrived exactly on time in the morning, unrolled long protective mats on all surfaces, and worked extremely efficiently. Unloading went equally well, they happily accommodated a neighbor who needed the truck moved, and put everything exactly where we labeled it or where we asked them to put it. The movers finished early so we paid only the minimum ~5 hour fee.

Only one small area for improvement that I could see was during clean-up and rolling-up of all the protective mats, some sand was shaken onto the floor of one of the rooms. However, we simply swept up that room without much effort.

Lloyd Empires would certainly have my business again, and I wouldn't hesitate to refer Mike and his team to friends and family. Keep up excellent work!!!
