Northern Spirit Plumbing and Heating is very knowledgeable, respectful and prompt. Jason was the first person in 7 years to finally figure out our very complicated and rare electric boiler problems. I am very happy to have him come back year after year.

From our very first phone conversation, Jason exceeded our expectations. We've been renovating for 2 long years and have dealt with a lot of contractors. Jason is without question a cut above most. He is thorough, courteous, knowledgeable, genuine and both a quality person and professional. He not only completed the work of running pipe to our new gas meter location, he leveled our stove (just cause it needed to be!), he maintained a clean and organized work site (after he was gone you would have never known he was there!) and he came in under the original estimate despite unexpected add ons. Hands down Jason is one of the best contractors we have had the pleasure of working with. Will definitely be calling again when we get around to renovating our bathrooms!

I called Northern Spirit Plumbing with a couple of questions on my doing a bathroom renovation which he answered confidently. Jason came out the next day to look at what he would need for the job and gave me a quote for the job. It was in line to my budget and we agreed on a start date ( exactly when I needed). He reconfigured my bath/shower plumbing, installed my new tub, and moved my vanity plumbing from the floor to come out of the wall for a new hanging vanity. He showed up early and got right to work. I'd have to say, the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing contractor. He did a very thorough job and his state of the art updated equipment got it done faster and saved me more money. I also had him check and repair a couple of other things while he was here. I will definitely have him back for any other plumbing or gas fitting jobs I may have. I'm already planning a master ensuite addition. As my home inspection business grows, this is my go to company.

Very pleased with the top notch professional results. Jason is super efficient, honest, and great to talk to. Stuck to the original quote even though a 2nd trip was needed due to a faulty city shut off. Jason was able to fit through amazingly tight places -- saving the wall from needing a large hole. I will definitely call Jason next time.

Jason arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, had to go to 2 places to find parts, still managed to finish the job in under an hour. My tap is not dripping any more. I'm very happy with the work.

Jason was everything that his card says: honest, reliable and efficient. I had put off getting these repairs done because I wasn't looking forward to dealing with a repairman. After having Jason come over and explain what I needed to fix my stuff, and then fix it, I'll call him much sooner next time.

Fixed a broken pipe in my home. Arrived twenty minutes early and found the problem pretty quickly. Jason kept me informed of all he was doing and answered all of my dumb questions with patience...a pleasant person to spend three hours with. The bill at the end of the job was far less than I expected and he cleaned up so well I didn't have to do anything. I recommend him highly and have already passed his name along to friends.
