Doctor Screen

Martin responded to my call ASAP and did a fantastic job. He was friendly, organized, detailed and efficient. It took a lot of calling around to different companies to find this quality of work. I will definitely hire him back.

We recently had the screen replaced on our patio screen door by Doctor Screen and we are very happy with the results. The whole process from booking the appointment to having the screen replaced on site was seamless. John arrived on time and quickly replaced the screen. We are very happy with the work and would highly recommend this company.

Needed a new screen door for back door patio. The guys were super helpful and professional. Did all work on site and in a timely manner. Some difficulties with retro fitting to a older home but they were patient and took the time to make it work perfectly. Great job and would highly recommend.

Adam and Dan were personable, courteous, efficient and professional. Great guys and great job! On top of fixing my screen, they took the time to advise me about some other projects that I was considering which I really appreciated. Good experience!

Hi everyone , I would just like to make you aware of a company that I just became acquainted with in the last little while. I moved into this property last fall, and it was becoming evident that I needed screens. So I started looking online and calling a few places regarding roll screens for my patio door. Local companies when I called seemed not interested in this project, had no definite commitment of appointment, couldn't tell me what to expect in price. In other cases, they said someone would get back to me, but never did. Then , out of desperation I broadened my search to other areas with similar service providers. ....Enter Doctor Screen. From minute one the rep taking the call (Corrine) was upbeat, informative, forthcoming with prices, what to expect in terms of time to complete the job and ETA. 
I am sensitive to the logistics of our region and had a good feeling about this group. I left it in their hands to tell me when they were specifically in the area with another job. Just being practical. They said they were firming up a project south of me and would advise how they can tie it all in on one trip. No issues with me.  A day or so later Corrine calls me back and asks if they can come though on a Sunday. No Problem. 
Sunday our Tech arrives exactly when promised , a new truck with a professional looking trailer shows up. The tech (Gerard)  jumps out, all smiles and congeniality. Then gets to the task at hand. I leave him to it , and in the exact time they say the job will be done, it is complete. Obviously these folks are on the "A" game. The technology they installed was the Mirage system. I have had others in my day, but this product is the best I have experienced. Rolling action is good, visually it is superior and the ergonomic handle latch is the best I have ever used. Simply put , WINNING 
The experience restores my confidence customer service is still alive. Now with all this, the reason I make the effort to write this review is that I am a realtor, and  have clients asking me about service providers.  I have to be careful who I recommend. I refer people to contractors every day. So with that, I am totally confident this group does what they say, with style and grace.  You will never have issues with these folks in your home, and the product they install. Its all first class.

Dave also Assessed my old sliding screen door as rollers no longer work and ordered replacement door.

This is the first time we have contracted Doctor Screen and from the initial contact with Greg to John's installation all was handled professionally, timely and in a courteous manner.

Took a couple weeks to return my call, and get an appointment scheduled. Was quoted for 4 screens and a dog door. Was not told that I needed a screen replaced for the dog door nor did I approve it. Was charged 50% more than i was quoted.

Two years ago I had DoctorScreen replace all the screens in our sunroom. John did an excellent job at that time. Early this spring a determined squirrel decided he wanted to get into our sunroom and chewed holes through every screen. Called Greg and he arranged to have John return and replace them all again. John was here today and did another excellent job. Was finished in less than 2 hours. Left our place all neat and tidy when he was completed. I appreciate the good service and the great workmanship.

Adam came when he said he was going to come, did all my screen replacements I needed and did a great job. Would recommend them for sure. Great Service !!!!
