The crew did a great job on the work and left my yard and deck immaculate afterwards. James also did a post completion walk through to ensure their quality standards were met. I called a few companies I found online. Patribeck called me back, one of the few companies that did, so I had them come repair my vinyl siding. They did a fine job, it looks good. They were clean workers.

I hired James to put metal siding on an aircraft hanger. He and his partner did a great job. It looks good and has held up against the weather. I need some roofing work done on other buildings and have every intention of calling James to do the work.

I found Patribeck on line. He came and gave us an estimate. It was a reasonable price and he was able to do it when it was convenient for us. The installation went well, just took a couple of hours.

I was having a hard time finding someone to come replace my eaves troughs. This company called back, and we decided to have him do the job. There were some delays because of weather but eventually it was done. He is very accommodating and good to work with.

We had a problem with run off water on our deck. When snow melted it would run off a create an ice slick on our walk. He came out and reviewed the situation and gave a good suggestion on how it should be fixed. We have already referred him to someone else. His price was reasonable.

We recently had work done by Patribeck construction, were pleased with final outcome and had a good experience overall.
The job was to remove all down spouts and gutters, replace damaged wood fascia (dry rot), clad the fascia in aluminium cladding custom formed to fit the existing fascia profile and replace all gutters and down spouts with color matched materials.

It took a bit of back and forth to agree on the scope of the job and exactly what we wanted done but once that was determined there were no issues. We did have more than one quote for the job and Patribeck was competitive, actually within a few dollars of the quote from another firm I would have gone with. Not necessarily the least expensive of the lot but right there with others we felt were capable, trustworthy and reliable.
Throughout our project the workmen that visited were professional, pleasant, good to deal with and are focused on the job. The work site was kept tidy and the work progresses steadily.

The fascia repair, cladding, gutters and downspouts look great. The fascia is very clean and even across all sides of the house and set a good foundation for the gutters. The gutters match very well and the overall look is very professional and trim.

I would use Patribeck again and in fact we will be getting a quote for exterior painting we want done.
