I found Spartan Landscaping on Kijiji. I was looking for a company that was reasonably priced to do a small fence job (30 linear feet). My husband was a bit sceptical about using a company found on Kijiji but it turned out that Andrei was so professional and very reliable. He got the job done in one day as promised. His employee, Daniel, was very hardworking and professional as well. The fence turned out great! I'm so happy with it!

We are extremely disappointed with the quality of Andrei's service. The fence he installed for us is starting to come apart. We noticed now that each board was not secured with enough screws and is coming apart in many areas. There is also a gap between the ground and the fence which he said was because of the difficulty with installing the posts but we're not so sure about that. He also relayed the brick for our interlock path which was lifted last Fall for waterproofing (anothe company did) and didn't bother to address the dip that exits between ours and our neighbours houses - the path is shared. He said he didn't want to touch the neighbours side as they weren't his client and wanted to avoid any issues but he could have given us the option to have it fixed and see if our neighbours wanted to share costs. We would have paid the cost either way The day he picked up his money (should have withheld it) he said he would fix the dip and we told him to let us know the cost as we would pay extra. He also said he would fix the fence post that he backed into with his truck on the other side of our house and this is also shared with a neighbour. We followed up with him twice and no response. It's been almost one month. We highly advise against using this guy. His price is cheap and there's a reason for that - no accountability. There are better landscaping companies out there. It's too bad we felt compelled enough to write this because Andrei seemed like a nice guy and professional. Lesson learned; you get what you pay for.

Andrei, owner of this company, is very professional person, who tries his best to provide best services. There were some challenges in building fence, but Andrei put his 100% effort to overcome those and built a fence for which i am extremely satisfied. I would recommend his services to anyone, who is looking for top quality fence installation in the market.

Andrei at Spartan Landscaping recently did my walkway, steps and porch. I found Andrei to be professional, courteous, hardworking and easy to communicate with. Andrei was reliable, punctual and did not go over budget. He was always available to answer any questions my husband and I had. Andrei was easy to deal with and quite patient as I changed my mind twice as to the design I wanted. Andre did a wonderful job. I have received numerous compliments from my neighbours.

Having recently moved into our home with only a partially fenced backyard and two very curious dogs, we knew a full fence was our first priority! As first time homeowners on a tight budget we tried to do our due diligence in selecting a contractor for our project, and after much searching we were sure we'd be hard pressed to find the quality of work we wanted at a cost we could afford. Andrei at Spartan Landscaping presented us with a number of options for our fence and was happy to talk us through the pros and cons for each, making recommendations based on our needs rather than his profit. We felt very comfortable choosing Andrei for our project, and after the fence was completed we knew we made the right choice. He worked hard to get the job done within our timeline and was happy to adjust as necessary where he thought he could improve our original ideas or design. Our fence looks amazing, and we'll certainly be in touch with Andrei for any future landscaping or fencing needs!

We needed a retaining wall put in along our backyard fence. Andrei was very professional from start to finish in the way he surveyed the job, presented us with the various cost options and detailed exactly what was required. The job was very labour intensive as it required the removal of cinder blocks and installation of large sections of pressure treated wood with rebar. Andrei did an excellent job. He showed up on time and completed the job on time. He is very polite and courteous as well. His prices are also very reasonable. He was very accommodating when we requested some changes midway through the project. One of the best contractors I've ever worked with.

Myself and my parents had decided to go with Spartan Landscaping to do our interlocking on our front steps and along the sides of the driveway of our townhouse and the experience was remarkable from beginning till end.
Andrei was very informative, professional, patient, and he took into consideration our very strict completion deadline. He was promp to answer all questions, and was always easily reachable. He even accommodated changing the design we had originally gone with last minute.
The quality of workmanship was top notch and the end result is stunning. I would recommend Andrei and his team to anyone needing landscaping/interlocking done, you will be extremely please, I guarantee it!

I needed someone to help with some "muscle work" out front that won't charge me an arm and a leg. So I skipped the big companies and looked through kijiji. Wasn't expecting much, but Andrei came and did a fantastic job. Young chap, polite, works hard!
