Our kitchen sink was leaking badly and the plumbing was deteriorated.

We also had a broken faucet (cheap garbage from home builder).

We did our research and found that this company had great reviews.

The experience was great, I booked online and instantly received a text message confirming appointment and also, how to cancel if having second thoughts.

I got additional text messages during the morning of advising Jeff was on his way and followup messages afterwards. Having an experience with strong communication & reliability was of course, a great first impression.

I filled in a Homestars form for emergency plumbing. Jeff contacted me very quickly and I arranged a time for a service call that was perfect for my schedule. It was a very messy job as the water had backed up in 2 large laundry sinks, but he unblocked the drain and did a good cleanup. He also gave us very good advice on what we can do to avoid the problem happening again.

Called Jeff for a job on outdoor faucet, came and did not only this job but explained a whole host of things around other issues and questions, he's very knowledgeable and a real pro, good to now know a plumber we can call and be confident in when we need one. Thanks Jeff!

I had a small amount of dripping coming from my kitchen sink. While it wasn't an emergency, Jeff was able to come over on the same day that I had called to book the appointment. Jeff went over the options with me and I decided for him to replace the faucet with new supply lines. Jeff took perhaps an hour to complete the job. During the entire time, Jeff was courteous and very professional.

Our home is almost a hundred years old and the plumbing is a labyrinth of old pipes going back over previous owners. Anyone who owns an old home knows the difficulties in dealing with any renovation, you open a wall and have no idea what you’ll see. Luckily, Jeff at The Great Plumbing Co was able to identify potential issues and then install a new faucet in a very awkward location. I called for a shower clog and laundry tub leak. Jeff arrived on time, as indicated. The shower clog was cleared in minutes without issue, the laundry tub took a little longer. The laundry tub leak was an issue because the faucet was a cheap knockoff that builders use, and the parts had to be manipulated to fit properly. Jeff did not give up and got everything to fit properly and solved the leak.
Great job all around, very pleasant company to deal with.
