This was a complex job as we had a blockage in the pipe between the kitchen sink and the drainage stack and there are multiple 90 degree turns in the pipe making it very difficult to get a snake into.
Jeff arrived on time, reviewed the problem, produced a written quote and explained what he planned to do. He said that he may have to try different options due to the maze of drain pipes and multiple turns.
He worked tirelessly for almost 4 hours and completely fixed the problem. The sink drains better now than it ever did before, and Jeff left our place totally spotless when the Job was done. Very pleased with this job.

Called Jeff to give me his professional opinion on an underground elbow that was suspect.Jeff assured me that after the line was cleared (due to blockage) all is fine. He came over as per booking on time and as usual was very pleasant.I have worked in the Power Generating industry for 35 years and worked with many plumbing Masters. Jeff arrived at my house on schedule for the first job. He quickly fixed a slow leak from our kitchen faucet. He didn't charge for this job because he had installed the faucet 14 months earlier and told me that other clients had similar problems with that particular brand.
Jeff was able to come back two days later to replace an old toilet (after every flush, the water would only stop once the float ball in the tank was raised) and unclog our bathroom sink (water was slow to drain).

I've been noticing a loud "bang" whenever I flush the toilet and the water stops flowing into the tank. I had another bathroom remodelled and asked that contractor if this was water hammer. He didn't think so, so we left it. The problem persisted so I finally broke down and called The Great Plumbing Co. based on reviews on Homestars. I got an appointment quickly, Jeff arrived on time and identified and fixed the problem quickly by installing a water hammer arrestor valve. All quiet now! While he was here, I also got him to replace a valve on the pipe leading to my outside faucet which has been difficult to open and close for years.

After reading great reviews about this company, we made an appointment to have a new kitchen faucet installed. We were very pleased with the services we received from Jeff. He arrived at the appointed time; covered his shoes upon entering the house and was very respectful of our property. We were impressed by his knowledge, skill, and work ethic.
