Neil and Warren provided quality service. Neil's customer service is excellent. He followed up and checked on the progress of the job frequently and was very flexible with scheduling and adding more work to the original plan. We worked together with Neil to ensure one area of the hallway was done to our satisfaction. Warren, the painter was very meticulous in his work and arrived early in the morning and worked hard for a full day to get the work done expediently. I would recommend Carter Interiors and we would use them again for future work.

Neil and his team of guys were amazing. The interior of the house was painted as quoted, and we were very happy with the professionalism and cleanliness of the work done as well as the overall personalities of Neil and his team. All of the workers were on time, as well as friendly and helpful .We'll be using Neil again in the Spring to paint the exterior of our home as well as for any future updates we make. From the first estimate to the completion of the project Neil was a joy to have around the house and went above and beyond to complete the project on time with great craftsmanship.

We hired Neil to finish and redo some painting that had been started by another painter during a major reno of our kitchen and main floor. We got rid of the previous painter because he was doing a lousy job (paint runs in some places, not enough in others, poor surface prep). Neil on the other hand did a great and professional job.
