We had a bathroom faucet that needed replacement, pretty standard stuff - done to perfection in minutes!!! Our cocktail unit had a clogged drain and needed a new commercial faucet replaced - done to perfection and triple checked to make sure everything worked properly!!! THEN we had to remove an old vanity style hand washing sink in the kitchen and replace with a state of the art stainless unit that had to be drilled and fitted to our specific space, Tyler was efficient, extremely professional and knowledgeable, obviously not his first rodeo with difficult circumstances. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work needed to do these jobs! He is now my go-to guy for anything involving water and I highly recommend Drain Right Now for ANYBODY, residential or commercial!!!

My pedestal-type sump pump fried and died not long after I moved into my new house. I called Drain Right Now and talked to Tyler. He was great - explained a few things on the phone and said he'd be here early the next morning, which he was. Installed a new submersible pump and did a great job - quickly, efficiently, and he cleaned everything up afterwards. The new pump works really well. Also installed a backflow preventer floor drain in the basement floor, which was a good idea for this older house. Tyler answered all of my questions and took the time to explain things to me, even though I know he had several other calls to make that day. Nice guy, good sense of humour and a real pleasure to to work with. Reasonable rates too. I will be hiring him again and will recommend him to others.

Had minor flooding in the basement due to our sump pump not working. Called Tyler, who was very responsive and quick to come, and he was able to find the simple solution quickly (frozen pipe), and get it resolved. He also proposed different solutions that could be done in the spring to further fix the problems.

Tyler installed our water softener. He showed up on time, did the agreed upon work, and left a very professional job done. I would strongly consider him for future plumbing needs.

Small flood in the basement due to sewer backup.

Pipe located, and work completed efficiently, sewer was snaked and u trap cleaned out. All appears to be functioning well at this point.
