We noticed water damage under the cupboard in our washroom and we had no idea where the leak was coming from. Tyler came by to investigate and he informed us on where the leak was coming from. Very response and quality service. When I opened our cottage for the season we discovered that our water pump was no longer working. The existing system was quite old and needed to be replaced. I searched on-line for a service provider that could provide a quick turn-key replacement of the pump, pressure tank and while add it, replace the old hot water tank as well as fix some out door piping. I found Drain Right Now while doing my on line research and contacted them. The folks at Drain Right Now were very helpful and they were able to make recommendations and provide a quote after texting them pictures of my current system. This was very efficient way to exchange information while at the cottage. No need to wait around for someone to schedule a visit then return at some later date to perform the work. Drain Right Now was able to come that week and replace my system. They were timely and went out of there way to make sure that the new system functioned perfectly. The work was completed in an afternoon. There were no surprises. We had good water pressure and hot water that evening just in time for the family arriving on the following weekend. Drain Right Now were great to deal with and I will be calling them back when I am ready to upgrade the bathroom. I certainly recommend them for any cottage or home plumbing needs.

I called Tyler because I was having intermittent water pressure problems with my well system . He responded quickly and Tyler and Zack came at the exact time they had promised .This is a tell tale sign I called the right guy , I can't count high enough the number of times I have waited for plumbers in my life only for them to show up the next day or sometimes days later after they have promised . The work is very neat, clean , professional and everything was installed according to code . I have been in the general contracting business in Toronto my whole career before moving north , and these are the best plumbers I have had the pleasure of working with , I will be using them again without hesitation

They disconnected 4 old water filters and removed them from the property making sure there was no water on the floors and cleaned yp after themselves

There was a leak from the master ensuite soaker tub which was leaking through the ceiling and running down the wall in the bathroom in the basement. He firstly ruled out a leak in the overflow then went into the basement to check the drain from the ceiling in the basement. He found the problem and proceeded to repair it. It is now better than new. We had called Tyler before to install 2 sinks and 2 sets of taps and we're very happy with his work. He is very friendly, courteous and explains everything. He cleaned up everything when finished. We would definitely use him again if we had plumbing issues.

Called Tyler in an emergency situation and he was there within half hour. He replaced our broken sump pump and repiped the drain line. More than happy with the quality of his work and willingness to come after hours. Highly recommended.

I needed a new well pump and pressure tank. They came out on short notice on a Saturday and completed the work in a timely manner. The new pump turned out to be defective, so they returned and replaced the pump without any problem. I would highly recommend Drain Right for the quality of work and customer service.
