Drain Right Now

The laudry room drain backed on the weekend. I spoke to Tyler from Drain Right Now and he sent Zach promptly. They were fast, friendly, efficient and quite reasonably priced.

Tyler & Zach came to install: Deep well pump, water softener, sump pump, water filtration and a 'pump in a box' for under the sink. They took the time to explain in detail what/how they would be doing the work. A fair amount of work, but they got it all safely done in about 5-hours. The new equipment works great. Very detailed installation. The work areas were very clean when they were completed.

We bought a new home where the owners left us with a shower that was not in working order. Luckily Tyler came along, was great at problem solving and did such a great job at fixing the problem in the most cost effective way as we thought we were going to have to put a lot of money into this repair.

Tyler has done many jobs for us, from bathroom tap replacement to dishwasher installation to complete bathroom renovation. The work is professional, prompt, and with up-front costing. When I called Drain right now , he was the second plumber to come in. The first plumber I called was an emergency plumber who did a hack job and also didn’t even use the proper tools to fix the problem. Tyler came in and sat with me and explained everything piece by piece to make sure what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He didn’t sugar coat anything , asked me if I felt comfortable with everything that needed to happen (cost, Work etc) . I enjoyed how honest he was and how much of a people person he was . He was a joy to have in our home ! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else ! He is honestly the best !
We also got a 30 day warrnety , and he also checks up to see how everything is going with the job that he fixed !
