Replaced a water pump in my through the door ice and water dispenser refrigerator. But I have used Valley View for about 17 years now - used to get Steve all the time, but his techs are just as good. Steve once manufactured a part In his van for my ancient Kitchen Aid dishwasher - would and have recommended Valley View to others and they have not been disappointed either.

The element in my oven needed replacing. The tech was very quick to repair it, very pleasant. The tech arrived during the time frame given to me and I received a courtesy call when he was on his way. They do have a tracking method to see when the tech will arrive, however I did not use it.

$420.00 to diagnose and replace an element that took all of 5 minutes to diagnose and the same to replace, not to mention the additional diagnosis charge of $60 to tell me my stove works fine.

This was a warranty repair, so there was no cost to me. Gavin was professional and friendly from start to finish and even gave me helpful hints to help me with my fridge in future. The news wasn't all good, no fault of Gavin's or ValleyView, but Gavin's pleasant and positive attitude made the not good news much more palatable. Thanks for the excellent service! I would absolutely come back to Valley View for other repairs and recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repairs.

We called for a service call at 7:00am. Contacted by CS rep set up apt for next day. Contacted again tby Meghan and gave us service call the same day. Repairman arrived at 5:00 pm. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the board and was gone by 5:35pm.

The work was done swiftly and very satisfactory! The technician Ernesto showed up on time for every appointment and was very professional, friendly and courteous!

Woke up to a washing machine that would not work. Four loads of linen waiting to be done with 6 guests coming for the weekend. We called and had someone come to look at it very quickly and then repair later on that same day. I highly recommend this company. Thanks for the great work Tony.
