I received a prompt response to my request for a quote. An arborist came and gave me a complete report on work recommended and a quote. The work was done as discussed and the garden left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company.

I received quotes from various suppliers and Riley @ Elite was awarded to perform various tree services (remove & Trim) for both my 2 neighbours and my property. It was based on his professionalism, detailed quote and competitive pricing. Once on site, Riley and his assistant went to work as planned and left the area clean from debris.

We were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the entire crew. We had a very large, old, decaying silver maple in our backyard. The team managed all the preparation and permits required by the city. The tree came down safely and it was an incredible process to watch. Clean up was great and the back yard is now ready for a new look.

I was served with an order to remove my weeping willow from my back yard as it was deemed to be no longer structurally sound. Elite Tree Care removed a 2.5 ton "weed tree" in the corner of our back yard. It was a beautiful Norway Maple with multiple trunks but it had become unhealthy and unsafe.
Our experience with Elite from start to finish was top-notch. After noting the work they had done for two of our neighbours, we called them on a Friday and their arborist came out the next business day to assess the tree and some other work we needed done. Wenda took the time to answer all our questions and discuss next steps in detail.
Going forward, Elite handled everything smoothly, efficiently and professionally, including the City permit application process. They gave us a clear picture of what to expect and the timelines involved, and nailed it. Everything was done on time and exactly as detailed in the quote.
The crew arrived on schedule the day of the operation. Watching Riley and his crew take the tree down was fascinating and impressive. The process required expertise and strategic manoeuvring to avoid damaging property – ours and our neighbours'. Everything -- removing the tree, grinding out the stump, removing a smaller tree and stump and pruning back several other trees -- took approximately 6 hours on a very hot, humid day.
The crew of 5 operated like a finely tuned machine, endlessly rotating between pruning, cutting, roping, hauling and chewing up tree limbs. Throughout the day, they were always available to talk to us, providing detailed explanations of steps they were taking, giving advice on landscaping, etc. They were respectful of our property and of our neighbours’. They cleaned up all debris, leaving our yard and driveway neat and tidy, minus one large tree.
We were very happy with Elite’s work and pleasantly surprised at how easy the whole experience turned out to be – for us. Thank you, Kris, Riley, Wenda and crew.

My Siberian Elm tree was starting to terrorize the neighbourhood with its long intruding limbs, threatening dead branches, and nuisance leaves. Elite Tree Care provided a very competitive quote which clearly outlined the scope of work. Wenda and her crew arrived to save the day. She took her time to explain to me what she was going to do, and was very polite and professional. She explained why she would or would not remove certain branches based on how the tree would react; this was really helpful. I couldn't believe how high she and another crew member got up in that tree. During and at the end of the job, the crew cleaned up all debris from my yard, and from the neighbour's property. Our old tree needed a face lift. We called a few firms for a quote and Riley proved to be the most responsive, diligent and fair in his assessment of the work and the cost. His crew showed up a few days later, as agreed, and did a wonderful job removing a few large branches close to the wires and the roof line. we are very happy with the result.
