Cole our adviser did a great job of assessing our needs and providing a quote. When we wanted to make some changes he was great. Install went smoothly. Happy so far.

I have an older security alarm for the past 30 years, and decided to switch to a newer alarm system. The alarm I have replaced with Liberty Security is excellent in value, and it is very easy to use. The only thing I have concerned is the smoke alarm which you will not able to test if it is working or not. My old smoke alarm had a light button which I can push it to send signal to the monitor station for testing. Otherwise, everything will be perfect.

It is highly recommended for the value and the services.

I bought my home seven years ago and stayed with the security company whose system was already there. I have never been completely satisfied with the system or service I was receiving and finally took steps to make a change. I called around to a few different companies for quotes and after I talked to Doug my decision was made. Doug actually listened to me when I told him what I wanted, he didn't try to upsell me or tell me what I had to get. The job was booked for two days later and the installer Aaron was amazing. The system was installed, Aaron went through how to check on my home with my phone, computer and through the touch pad he installed. I have had more peace of mind in the last week with this system than I had in 7 years with the old system. I would not hesitate to recommend Liberty Security to anyone and everyone who is looking for a new or to replace an old alarm system.

I have only been using this new system now for a few days and the customer service already beats the last company I was using...hands down. The install didn't go as smoothly as planned because of the newer equipment but within minutes it was taken care of, communicated and fixed. Amazing. Thank you.

Hired these guys on a recommendation from a neighbor after checking them out online. They did a great job. The consultant Cole came out to the house, went through all possible exposures at my home and gave me many different suggestions for a system. It was considerable work getting it all done but they finished the job and I now have a state of the art system and am very delighted with the performance. Highly recommended
